The customer support is non existent and you will be waiting forever if thigs dont work for any reason. Simply impossible to discuss any issue you are having in a timely manner. No video also.

A great hosting company and has never had a problem and I will stick with it and I recommend this platform if you want to have multiple podcast

Very disappointed with customer service. I am launching my podcast, so I uploaded my first episode to be distributed to all the platforms and the message I get is "Submissions pending." I tried to be patient, but after 5 days, I contacted customer service, explaining the issue and asking for support. They have not responded in 2 days, and now I get "Back on Monday". This is 5 days without any reply. And my schedule, messging and marketing for my podcast launch are all in vain.... So yes, very dissapointed.

Great for syndicating a podcast!!
There are great tools to get your podcast out to lots of different platforms. Adding the notes to the podcast makes it easy for Google to find the podcast. It is easy to share a single podcast episode or an entire playlist.

Podcast.co is the most dependable host you could have for your podcast. Uploading is quick and smooth, embedding to your archive and single post pages on WP is easy and attractive, distribution across listening outlets is vast and hassle-free, and Laura from support provided exceptional assistance when I moved all my episodes over from Libsyn services two years ago. This is the podcast service I only recommend to my clients.

Perfect podcast hosting. I only recommend Podcast.co to my clients and I use the platform to host may different podcasts series and hundreds of episodes with ease. The customer service and help chat from Laura is excellent, who is always on hand to advise if needed, quickly and efficiently.

It's really easy to schedule and maintain many different projects at once, the podcast links also look great.

I had a chance to find Podcast.co LTD in January 2020. I jumped into it immediately. It is very easy to use it, UI is very simple and functional enough, though analytics could be more precise with more details. What I like is to be able to post in major media with just one click. I regret now that I haven't stacked the deal to get more out of it. I started official podcast itself in 2021

Since more than two years and over 200 Episodes I host my „Stimme wirkt!“-Podcast on podcast.co - and I give 5 stars for hosting, service and communication.

We have been extremely pleased with the quality of the service from podcast.co as well as their responsiveness to support requests.

We presently have 6 podcasts with them and would not use any other hosting platform.

Podcast.co are great! So simple to use and distribute our podcast to the world. And even on the odd chance that something goes wrong or you're not sure how to do something, their support team are always spot on and respond lightening quick!

This website is literally un-optimized. Suck that this is really the only "website" that basically allows posting to other podcasting platforms. The servers/Website, in general, is clunky, whenever you try to edit a description too fast the server can't keep up and will say "We're currently experiencing problems. Please wait a few minutes and try again". But it's not just 1 problem their server host is having, it is displaying this message every time an edit needs to be made, and frankly, it's sad. Get better hosting, whoever is hosting the site is not optimal.

They just integrated with descript to make it even more modern and magical.

Absolutely incredible customer service, actually anticipating my tech needs and doing it for me to a surprising extent. Love this service.
