So initially I would have rated this lower because of some confusing Product Material Build descriptions. However I reached out to clarify these points and Abby went the extra mile in not only clarifying the discrepancy but really, thoughtfully answering my question in a way that left no ambiguity for me. She was the difference maker in my decision to purchase. The build materials, the max temperature - all differentiating factors against what the market offers but having someone that speaks to the small details within that makes a world of difference for someone like me that is scrutinizing things to an almost obsessive level.
