Nitsa was great with customer service

Nitsa was great with customer service! I submitted my order late at night, and forgot to add an item. I emailed customer service to see if I could add the item before everything was shipped and she was able to send me an invoice link early the next morning!

I have been very happy with my pod

I have been very happy with my pod. Everything works great. I have not really had any issues. I did have the bracket break on my heater, but they are sending me a replacement out. My experience has been fantastic. Thank you for everything you guys do.

After looking into your order, we can confirm that your replacement was shipped out on time, but unfortunately the issue occurred in transit with the carrier, which is outside of our control.

Brand new life on the way

So ..this morning I saw an offer that said “order a Sauna and get an Ice Pod for free.” I’d literally just ordered a Sauna last week. Hadn’t came in yet. And when I reached out to The Pod Company about the offer…the person helping me TAMARA…mannnnnn they DESERVE a raise. They made it super easy. I’m so so dang happy! I was diagnosed an auto immune…whatever. And haven’t felt like myself for a whole year. I just moved. And I’m going to literally put the Sauna…and Ice Pod…side by Side in my place and will my self back to health. I cannot say thank you enough. 🙏🏾🥳

We are on our third heater now. Needs more insulation on the roof for sure to get the sauna above 150 degrees.

It’s a nice unit, I added insulation to the roof to get up to 150 degrees. Multiple heaters dying.
