Wow- great customer service
Wow- great customer service. Our sauna heater malfunctioned the second time we used it. I called the customer service line (they have actual people who answer it!), and Diana was so helpful. She got the replacement sent out the next day. It came rapidly and we are getting to know our new Sauna Pod and enjoying it. Great company. Thank you!

They go above and beyond.. any type of questions you have. They take really good care of there customers.. super happy with my Sauna pod 2.0 they are making it possible for people who want a Finnish style sauna to hit 185 degrees.. without spending a fortune for a custom built one.

Damaged package…resolved
The package I received had liquids and was damaged. I sent an email and Diana responded and was able to help me get a replacement for the bottle of liquid that was lost. Everything was so seamless and Diana was understanding and quick! I’m hoping not to have to contact customer service again but if all are like Diana then I have the utmost confidence in the quality of service I will receive.
