Podpoint Customer Service is Great!
I have a Podpoint EV charger, installed about 2 years ago. After a solar panels installation, the EV charger required an internal modification to access the new way of charging.
I was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service from Podpoint's customer service centre, where they took care of my issue right away.

The engineer was fantastic
The engineer was fantastic. Gave me all the info and was ver considerate. However, setting a date was rather difficult and I had to call multiple times and chase a lot especially as my car was delivered for a week.

Fitter was great. Really efficient. Put the POD exactly where we wanted it with no hassle. The POD is not as interconnected with the car as we had hoped. But it works and dies the job.

Initially booked to fit our pod 08/05, but rang yesterday evening to say they had a cancellation for this morning 29/04, first thing. Arrived right on time, job completed, no complications, took around 2 hours as estimated. Great job, by the installer, very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Happy customer. 👍

Engineer doing installation was great explained everything very tidy and helpful
Main problem was the length of time almost 5 months from request to installation. I know there was a delay while I had remedial electrical work carried out but it was still 4 weeks from agreeing installation date to actual installation. This was disappointing as originally told 2/3 weeks from request to completion.
So far no problem with equipment

The whole process from initial contact to installation was clearly managed and excellent customer service.
Haydn the installation electrician maintained regular contact prior to arrival, explained his needs to complete the job and any minimised any disruption to power outages and cleaned up the work area after he had finished. An excellent job.

Pod Home app would not uninstall
Pod Home app would not uninstall. Initially, online progress took 3 days to remove the Rewards subscription which was expected to allow the POD POINT app to work again. It didn’t. A telephone call to Troy in support, understood the problem, and internally removed the connection within a few minutes. All now seems ok. Many thanks.
