Jomel was polite friendly and helpful on the phone. We resolved the issue after about ten minutes of trying and resetting things.
Podpoint excel!
We had solar panels installed which knocked my Podpoint car charger offline. Podpoint reset the system remotely in about 2 minutes. Better still, they were polite and answered my call in about a minute, no massive waits or 'we're experiencing a high call rate' answer messages for an hour! Jorge Ali the Customer Exec who I spoke to was polite, efficient and did the job! Brilliant experience.

Had an issue having added solar with battery storage, rang up and spoke to Nicasio who promptly sorted the issue by changing some setting on my Solo Charger.

Pod - don’t use read the one star reviews
I hardly ever write reviews, but I’m so upset with this company
Absolutely shocking company.
Read the one star reviews as I did, that prompted me to write this.
Most are very recent and seems like something has gone really wrong at pod.
I ordered and paid on 5th April and after weeks of emails cancelled the order. (Case number 3948188)
I rang them today to be told my cancellation will go to a manager who will be in touch.
In the entire time no-one from Pod has ever contacted me, so I’m not holding much hope on a call now.
Pod owe me £1149 for services not given. Customer service is absolutely appalling.
Reading the one star reviews feels like lots of people are having the same problems.
There are plenty of other options, my advice, use them.

the electrician scoped the job and came up with a new plan for the wiring so there was no need for trunking.

Responded and resolved really quickly
Responded really quickly even though they said it may take 2 days. I requested a refund as I was setting up new account and they processed my request. All in less than 12 hours. And I could tell it was not a bot.

Successful Pod car charger installation
The electrician who installed my new charger was friendly, punctual, efficient and tidy. However, the booking process was a bit frustrating. The first date (to install the charger) offered to me clashed with the dates that I had already indicated would not work. A day or two later, a second date was offered, which I accepted. Puzzlingly, I received a message a few days later saying that I had cancelled the second date, which I hadn’t. It was only when I spoke to someone at the Pod team on the phone that the third, and eventually successful, installation date was agreed. That booking process needs to be sorted out please.
Swift resolution
The representative listened carefully to my "problem" and told me she was going to pass it to her technical team. They checked out my podpoint remotely and sent detailed steps for me to resolve the problem. Perfect. Now all backup and running perfectly. Thank you.

I brought the wrong ev charger on line , it was for commercial not residential, I didn’t realise until I had it fitted by my electrician,so I called customer support and Francis was very helpful and sorted it for me ,talking me through the process ,and calling me back when he had sorted it for me , top top man !!!
