Easy to use and help there if needed.

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM - as with other customers and reviews below you cannot cancel your account and they continue to take payment after you have cancelled. Luckily I used a credit card for my account and I have now reported them as fraudulent and my credit card company will issue a full refund for unauthorised transactions.

Update in response to the nonsense reply below:
No refund has been processed 5 weeks after I cancelled and PODPRESS has tried to take another payment from my bank account. This company is being investigated by NatWest for fraudulent transactions.

Spoke to Jonah at PodPress and he helped me decide on a hosting package for my new website. The prices are also very affordable.

Would recommend PodPress to anyone looking to host a website quickly and cheaply.

Utter scam - beware.

They have an affiliate program and their affiliates earn commissions for each sign-up and scour social media groups offering "free websites" under the guise of needing to set up a portfolio of work.

The website never materializes and you are conned into signing up to PodPress as the affiliate will tell you that PodPress has the tools they use to make websites.

There are no contact emails or numbers for PodPress to reach out to them, and their live chat doesn't work/is ignored.

Seriously - do not engage with this company, if you look further into it (Like I should have!) it's all smoke and mirrors.

Great hosting website

I have been trying to cancel this account for months. I thought I had, but the money still comes from my account. I have tried to send numerous emails, and they bounce back. I'm not very happy at all.

I was lost and didn’t know what to do with a sever or something update and he replied immediately. He went above and beyond my expectations. Can’t recommend him and Podpress enough.

I have been with this company for just over a year now and have had no issues, very happy.

I cancelled my subscription and the company didn’t cancel it and instead charged me again. I asked for it to be refunded then they have since just charged me again. I cannot get hold of anyone as email isn’t working and bouncing back:

Fantastic customer service using their new live chat option. Can't fault it at all. They have helped me twice now and went in to help diagnose issues :)

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been trying for a month to contact them to terminate my contract as i dont use the website anymore and no one is getting. I have raised many tickets for support and no one gets back you. I cant find any other way of contacting them either!!

I’ve been waiting for them to respond for a week. Terrible customer service and quality of product.

I have dyspraxia and others have tried to teach me to build my own website and failed, leaving me feel frustrated and confused. A lady helped me to start my website and left adding items to my website to me, so that I can learn how to do it. She was always there to help me when I needed help. Will definitely recommend her and Podpress to anyone wanting their own website

Loving it!
It is quick and reliable. Yet, easy to use! I have no background about building website at all and I found that I don’t need it because there are themes for you to use if you don’t have any ideas of building your own website. It is a game changer!
