This company. I ordered from them right. I didn’t want it so I cancelled. They said a refund will be with you in 3 working days max. I said Ok. Then the order came to my house so I was being generous and said can you take it back. DPD did take it and returned. It’s been 9 days so far and still haven’t recieved a refund. I tried emailing them,WhatsApp,phone. Nothing from them. I have now had to file a dispute with the bank. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN

Its scam 100%. Such a bad scam. They can’t even write english. They wrote Suprame Snus on a Photoshoped picture an even forgot the „MG“ at some of the Tubes. I talked to them about that, and big suprise, they don’t answer anymore.

Ordered 3 tubs of snus.
After 1 week, i got tracking number. But tracking only says "shipment information sent" nothing more. Its been like this for 3 weeks now. Tried to email them, tried chat, tried whatsapp. They dont respond. I really do not recommend this site.
