Very disappointing quality of the dining table
I bought a dining table from this company two years ago for around €400, expecting good quality for the price.
Shortly after the purchase, I noticed black spots appearing on the surface of the table, as if it were rotting. The company did replace the table, but the replacement also had similar spots—just slightly fewer. I decided to keep it, hoping it wouldn’t get worse.
Now, two years later, the surface has started to peel and fall apart. The table looks like it's disintegrating, even though it has been used with care and under normal conditions. Extremely disappointing.

Looks good but the quality is a bit shit, so are the instructions. You have to do alot of figuring it out and do it yourself because the instructions lack steps.
Good quality of the material, very bad underside (wood pannels) that are supposed to be the drawer in the bottom of the bed.

I must say that reclamation department is very good organized,i had problems with assembling, and rec. department imidiatly solved the problem.. big tnx.. and also i must say that Nina and Nika from kitchen planing department are also very good at their job.. they deserve every praise… again big tnx for everything… your happy customer Bojan…

Not a great experience with the chest of drawers
Edit: Customer support contacted me after this review and offered to help with my issues. After that I changed my rating to 3*.
We had an ok experience with pohistvo.si communication and delivery (although they promise a 4-day delivery, which is more like 8 working days), but a really bad experience with the product. We bought a chest of drawers and it was really hard to put together, the instructions and photos on the instructions were not clear. It was hard to decipher how to turn the item, which side was correct, which holes we are supposed to put the screws in... It took us 4 hours to put it together, the screws on one side were not holding together so we had to buy longer screws (we didn't want the hassle of returning and waiting for new screws). The overall quality is really wonky, the drawers are supposed to have "push to open" mechanism, but its really lousy, only working if you press on a certain part of the drawer. The drawers are also weirdly aligned so overall the chest of drawers looks cheap (we paid 400 euros, which i think is a lot for this kind of item). Anyway, we are not happy.

Reliable delivery, friendly staff – some issues with assembly and missing parts.
I’ve ordered several items from pohistvo.si and have been mostly satisfied. The delivery is reliable, the products look just like the pictures, and the delivery staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I had some problems assembling the Murphy bed – the instructions were incorrect and unclear, and two screws were wrong, so we had to buy replacements ourselves. I’m still waiting for a couch and a table to be delivered, but based on my experience so far, I trust they will arrive in good condition.
