IT was a great experinece, and the time of delievering is awesome, I am very happy with all the purchase that I made. I only recommend to provide the shipment cost more exactly once you made the purchase,

I ordered an in stock figure from them once and it was a great transaction—but every time I’ve preordered something, they suddenly hit me with an excessively large additional charge for shipping. I do not understand how shipping a 2lb figure costs $70. I regularly buy large items from Japan, and maybe China is different, but I’ve never paid more than $30-$40, and that’s for expedited shipping.

They refunded me my second payments but not the initial deposit, which was part of the agreement. Wish I had known about the bizarre shipping thing.

I have received several Pokémon 1/20 scale figures over the past 10 months from Poké Galerie and it has become my favorite online shop for collecting these figures. The website has improved over the year to be more user friendly and eye-catching when shopping for figures. The website also clearly states how much the total value of each figure is and how much for deposit. Poké Galerie communicates well via email. And when shipping several figures at once, they sometimes find ways to save money on combined shipping and then refund the difference back. I only had one issue out of the several deliveries and Poké Galerie resolved the issue in a very satisfactory manner. With several other figures pre-ordered, I expect to be a fan and customer of Poké Galerie for a long time!

Excelent costumer service

Truthfully I’ve dealt with several GK figure sellers. In updating their FB definitely a (5) CS I’d say about (3-4) and pricing (3) definitely on the pricier end compared to Pokémon sw and favorgk. (4) Delivery service can be confusing if you are a newbie, but not to complicated. I can’t give them a 5 because there is definitely room for improvement, also join the fb page they will always have the most recent products. Easily one of my favorites.

These guys are wonderful, product showed up and was perfect, one of my favorite pieces I own now! I will absolutely be buying from them again. It did take a little longer to get here than the estimate and the customs price did have to be adjusted, but that’s based on what’s going on in the world with COVID and gas prices soaring. Cannot be blamed on the company, just something to expect when purchasing from over seas during these times! Already looking at what my next order with them will be! I’m excited to see how some of their custom pieces come out!

I purchased 2 in stock items on 09.06.22 and im not getting any shipping updates. And when i try to email the support on the website i get my email sent back to me because "the email does not exist". And when i want to track my order it always says: order is awaiting fulfillment.

It's the sixth time I made a purchase on this site and everything is always perfect: top seller and top products!

Best European sellers, not so much for US though PokeGalerie may be amazing for buyers on that side of the world, orders to the US have take over 2 months for in stock items. If you live in the European or Asian based locations this is the place for you but if you are from the US I suggest local seller if you don’t want to wait 2-3 months for in stock item.

If you’re a Pokémon Fan looking for scale world figures, This is the great website you can look for especially those scale world figures that is rare and hard to find. If you have questions you can talk to them via messenger which is great for communication than email. They are very helpful. They even manage to find a Lugia Scale world for me that is already sold out for all the website that I’ve visited. I just got my Palkia scale world today. Thank you so much!
