POOR SERVICE AVOID

Really disappointed with the service. I ordered with the advertised 1–3 working day delivery, but several days later my order hadn’t even been dispatched and I received no updates at all I had to chase it myself.

When I finally got a response, from “Andrew” it was unprofessional and came across as dismissive, even starting with “What’s going on with you?”. Instead of offering a solution or keeping me informed, they simply said they couldn’t fulfil the order and refunded it.

There was no proactive communication, no apology for the delay, and no attempt to resolve the situation or keep my custom. Overall, a very poor experience and not what you’d expect from a business advertising quick delivery.
Highly recommend avoiding this poor excuse for a company

Flawless yes, tradeable no

I ordered a flawless guarantee. I was indeed sent a grade 10 but it wasn’t a tradeable pokemon card. It was an info sheet from a Japanese card pack. Think marginally worse than receiving a graded basic energy. I’ve emailed them to discuss returning it but it has been Easter weekend. Hopefully they sort it

Horrible delivery services and bad communication

Ordered some stuff weeks ago, nothing arrived. Had to chase the seller for updates blaming Royal Mail and then to have to go through bank to get refund as he wouldn’t reply to me. Didn’t even fully refund me either but my bank will sort that out. Avoid!

Highly recommended 👌

Fantastic business and really pleased with the presentation of the graded card and overall service. There’s been some delays with Royal Mail but I could see they had posted on their socials regarding this issue which is fantastic communication. Highly recommended. And will be ordering again / taking out a subscription because those goodies look amazing!

Enjoyable Product!

I have just had my third (might actually be fourth) delivery from Collector Parcels. I only order one off boxes, no subscription so I can't comment on subscriptions.

First, people complain about the value. I personally take it for granted when ordering boxes from any mystery box company that they will stretch the value of products to meet the expected box value. It becomes more difficult when they have their own products, as the value of these is very subjective. I personally have not seen me majorly overpaying for a box, and quite honestly any small loss is covered by my enjoyment of receiving them.

Postage has been within time frames, with the exception of my last delivery. However, they were very quick to respond to emails and kept me up to date throughout the process - which was a Royal Mail issue affecting many deliveries.

If I have a negative experience, I will update this review. As it stands I get a great deal of enjoyment from their products, they are delivered within time frames stated, and customer service has been very good when the issue did arise on this occasion.

Honestly I was a bit underwhelmed

Honestly I was a bit underwhelmed. I know it’s a gamble/lottery but personally I felt that in the multiple boxes I ordered I just expected more.

However, the packaging and delivery was top notch and it did look amazing when it was delivered.

Ordered twice in a short period

Ordered twice in a short period. Well packaged and my son was over the moon with what it contained each time. Definitely happy with the purchase and will be ordering again soon. Delivered in good time too.

Was excited to open my box but felt bit underwhelmed after, thought the pack choices could of been a little better and felt the graded card was okay and would of helped of the slap protector matched the graded card

Not worth £44.99

Did get 5 packs - however the slab was a standard Mega Mawile ex Get Graded 9 which was disappointing

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling.

Ordered a bundle from this company 8 days ago! Haven’t had any contact from them explaining if there are delays or what’s going on. Have sent 2 emails the first one after 5 days and another one today as I had no response to my last one. I used Royal Mail 24 so there is no reason why this should take 8 days to get to me. Who knows if I’ll even get a refund, who knows if I’ll receive my parcel. Terrible company, terrible communication and service. Will not be buying from here again .
