have to say what an excelent company have now bought twice from them second delivery was short of two cans mailed them and had a reply next day saying the shortfall would be delivered next day delivered original quantity as an apolligy

The coating works just as it says on the can

This is not a criticism of Polar, who did very well dispatching our order in good time - 1st June - but of DPD, who have had it for over a week. Then they tell us that their driver will deliver today between 17.51 and 18.51, which was acceptable to us. We have been here all day but have now been told that he missed us and will re-deliver tomorrow. We were actually here all day and, moreover, I was in the garden much of the afternoon and would probably have seen him arriving. So I suggest that, in fact, he did not come today at all, so I trust he will make more effort tomorrow and actually try to deliver our parcel this time. Brian Lang

Excellent company to deal with, website easy to use and products ordered were in stock and dispatched literally within minutes of order being placed! Very professional and highly recommend.
This was a repeat order of leakseal, which we were very impressed with. Used on a large shed roof and it worked a treat so now using on a larger workshop roof. Good product.

The product was excellent for the guttering when other products failed.
It was leaking badly in two places.

I ordered 2 tins of Polar Coatings in black,received 2 tins of clear,very disappointed.

Ordered 2 tins of Polar paint via Amazon and both times Amazon damaged them and classed them as undekiverable. Emailed Polar and within 30 mins they had processed a refund for one and a replacement (via DPD with tracking) for the other.

Brilliant customer service.

The Polar products are excellent as well!
