All good that you got back to me, but I got stuck with the product I can’t use.Medium brown doesn’t cover grays and turned my hair red, dark brown covers gray. But turns ends black.
I have to buy the original color, but it’s making my hair black. Not dark brown.
I do like the product, I have to decide what to do.

Worked better than expected. Easy to apply and after 10 minutes it covers well the gray hair.
I thought I had ordered dark brown but somehow I had ordered and got black. Now I have black hair instead of dark brown..
The package was squeezed during shipment and the bottle had leaked in the passage. Maybe it should be packaged more safely in a box instead of in a plastic envelope.

The shampoo hair colour is great with no ammonia and made with natural ingredients. The colour develops very quickly with no mess and with just a few pumps, its quick and easy to apply, literally starts to develop within 10 minutes as per the adverts. Happy with this hair colour :)

It turned my gray orange. They would not give a full refund unless I paid for shipping

I’m using Polar Hair Care to touch up roots in between professional hair colorings. It’s very effective. It doesn’t quite match my previous color, but it covers the white hairs at my part and on my temples and blends nicely. The color is different on everyone, but medium brown on my hair comes out golden brown without any red highlights. Additionally, my hair is softer and shinier than its been in years. I am considering giving up my salon appointments. I am a very happy, and at 69, it’s nice to know I have choices.

I’m so pleased I’ve found Polar, Inhave a disability and dyeing my hair takes a lot of spoons. Polar has made it so easy - and it feels like it covers the greys better than permenant dyes. I don’t have the wait to top up in the same way as it’s so easy to add the shampoo for ten minutes before a bath or a shower. Love this product!!!

Only used once on a small section of my roots. It appears to have covered my greys well. Very easy to use. Smells lovely, no hair dye smells at all. Hair feels in good condition. Hopefully this will be my new routine!

Easy to use, no more dividing hair and using a brush to apply. Says use warm water to improve colour. I used a lot of product as although l put solution on my hands with enclosed gloves and rubbed to get a lather l did not manage to get lather. I think l should have used warm water to get the said lather before applying.will try this next time. I used red poloar, l was worried it would turn bright red so only left for a few mins not the 10 as stated. I am a greying ginger haired person. The outcome was natural colour not bright pillar box colour l was afraid about. I will monitor how long the colour lasts to know if it is cost effective.

I have been using this product for weeks, almost everyday. Nothing has changed. At first, I didn't leave the dye in for very long. When I noticed nothing was changing, I left the dye in longer, way past the 10 minute mark. Still nothing. I sent and email asking for the 100% money back guarantee, like the product, nothing happened. Not recommended. Save your money and your dignity.

I have been using Polar Haircare for a while now and have to say I’m very impressed with the coverage it provides.

I usually only dye my roots and mix the shades dark brown and black together as that gives me a better colour result. Black being too dark and dark brown not dark enough to cover the greys dark brown - more of a reddish copper hint.

I followed the instructions the first time I used it and just shampooed it into my roots but found I had missed bits and it had really stained my hands, neck and hairline too. I do have very long hair.

Second time around I made sure to wear gloves and used a brush to carefully apply the product to my roots sectioning it out with a comb in the traditional way which gives a much better result.

I recently went on a 10 day summer holiday to Kos where my hair was exposed to the sun and getting wet swimming in the sea every day. I must say the colour held up really well and only on the last couple of days I began to see some grey showing through again. This was very impressive!

I will continue to use Polar Haircare to colour my hair because of the great results and the beautiful silky condition it leaves my hair in. I also received a free Batana Oil which left my hair feeling hydrated and soft too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well it was easy to use with or with out gloves no staining gray gone after time usage no dry scalp afterwards colored my locks perfectly will definitely continue using I just love it ☺️
