Great service bought a pole in black…
Great service bought a pole in black and changed my mind wanting one on chrome instead. So I emailed a good few days later asking if I can change the colour
This was done and I was called and left a message saying it had been swapped and any questions to get back in touch.
Very happy customer.. ps Pole is excellent xo

Quick delivery and personal touch
Item came really quick. Not only that but I contacted the company via their Facebook page with some questions and they resolved everything really quick and were super polite and rapid. I would definitely recommend, massive personal touch from the company.

I ordered some chalk grip on the bottle was a bit faulty, I emailed Paul Emporium and they offered to send me a replacement bottle free of charge! I was very impressed with the level of customer service
