Customer service at Policybazaar Dubai are very slow in their communication. Additionally, their call center promised a call-back twice and never responded. Poor service as the call crnter stopped answering calls subsequently.

Worst company for having policy
Worst company for having policy, they are very irresponsible and useless. I used policy bazar to buy insurance for my bike. Policy bazar deducted 3600rs approx from account on 21feb26. The insurance was rejected due to some technicall error. today it’s 6march26 I have not received my refund yet. If policy bazar is giving insurance and they are taking commission from policy provider for each policy what is their responsibility to see for refunds. From 21feb I am getting same system generated mail that I will get my refund in 7-10days it’s been more than 14days now. Only employe name is mentioned in mail when you ask question on mail or anything they will reply same system generated mail again. No response from their side such a pathetic service from their side. Never use such a useless mediator for your policy. Instead use direct policy site for your such insurance.

Appreciation for policy bazar sales and claim team
I have taken Term insurance from Policy Bazar with additional rider of Critical illness and Waiver of premium in 2019. On 23rd Jan 2026 I got positive report of lukemia a type of cancer. I immediately inform policy bazar and team has started process before I admitted to hospital for my treatment. Happily I got money for my treatment in 20 days hassle free. Now with waiver of premium my entire Policy terms has been secured without paying any premium.
