worst experience with policy basser, before taking plan with policy basser be awaer of this scam, people they play with our lifes. Formal escalation and complaint regarding the renewal of my Star Health Insurance policy, which I purchased through Policybazaar. I have been associated with Policybazaar for the past two years, and unfortunately, every renewal cycle has involved unnecessary issues and delays. This year’s experience has been particularly unacceptable.
My policy renewal due date was 6th February, and I made the renewal payment in advance on 31st January to ensure uninterrupted coverage. Despite making the payment well before the due date, there has been no proper communication, confirmation, or resolution from Policybazaar.
The actual premium payable to Star Health Insurance is ₹27,810. However, Policybazaar debited ₹30,591, which is an excess and unjustified amount. When I repeatedly contacted your support team regarding this discrepancy, I was only informed that it was due to “technical issues,” without any written clarification, breakdown, or timeline for resolution. This repeated and vague response is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to face such issues year after year, especially after making timely payments. Due to this repeated negligence and lack of transparency, I have lost confidence in Policybazaar’s services and do not wish to continue policy renewals through your platform.
I hereby formally request the following:
Immediate refund of the excess amount charged, i.e., the difference between ₹30,591 and ₹27,810.
i have paid 31st of jan 2026 till today after serival mails anc alls nopo proper response from policy basser when they will refund the amont,just they balme stasr helth as to pay , while taking amont they dont say to pay to star directly .but while refund they blame the star .never ever go with this type of shit companies. customer support will never give a solution, alwa try to conviance,or just repeat

My car met with an accident on 15 January 2026. I contacted Policybazaar customer care for claim assistance. Although the repair work was completed on 2 February 2026, the paperwork and overall process from Policybazaar’s side was very delayed. I finally received my vehicle on 6 February 2026.
I would like to appreciate Ms. Geeta Negi for her good behavior, cooperation, and supportive attitude throughout the process. However, overall I am not fully satisfied with Policybazaar due to the delay in documentation and claim handling.

I would advise caution when dealing with this company. For peace of mind, it’s better to purchase insurance policies directly from the insurer. Based on my experience, their practices seemed highly questionable.

Detailed mail be sent before initiation of the process and time for claim be reduced or limited to 7 days in order for better results. However Shweta has been fairly helpful. Keep up the good work

I availed vehicle insurance from policy bazar. Final Survey completed by surveyor on 22nd Jan and due to delay I paid on 24 Jan and took the vehicle. Today Feb 7 till there claim process not completed. This is there faster and hustle free claim process. Worst platform.
I mailed as per there comment. I didn’t get any assistance

This is with respect to health policy I own where policy bazzar is the mediator/broker and policy ownership lies with Starhealth. Basically starhealth is the primary culprit while policy bazzar is aforesaid fraudster as they support and facilitate selling of so called policies from fraudster and malicious providers. I own a super health policy and paid premium 10 months before hospitalization where it was due to acute gastronitits followed by vomit, nausea, hydration loss/ As per these orgns they reject the claim twice based on sequential appearing two entirely different reasons 1. During treatment gallstone was observed in USG and that was there for few time but it is asymptomatic and that is proven. Treatment was not given for gallstone but still policy seller make out so fuss and wanted written letter head from doctor what we have provided as well. Then second instance 2 ) they mentioned acute cases of gastrointisits is not covered while no where mentioned in policy document and no reference shared in policy document. Finally they force rejected the claim and without any justified reasons
