I am writing this email with extreme frustration and distress to formally complain about serious misrepresentation, unethical sales practices, and complete failure of emergency support by your team, and to request the immediate cancellation of my insurance policy.
Before purchasing this policy, I repeatedly and very clearly confirmed with your representative, Amandeep, whether this insurance provided direct hospital access (cashless treatment). Each time, I was assured with absolute confidence that the policy was covered for direct hospital treatment. Based solely on these repeated assurances, I proceeded with the policy.
During a real emergency involving my 1.5-year-old daughter, who suffered from a food allergy, I rushed her to the hospital. At that critical moment, the hospital refused to accept the insurance, leaving me in shock.
While my child was in an emergency condition, I immediately contacted your team. It took nearly ONE HOUR for your team to respond. During this time, I received no guidance, no assistance, and no escalation support. Later, when I finally spoke to your team, I was again told that the treatment was covered, which directly contradicted the hospital’s response. After that, there was no further support, no resolution, and no accountability—this was the full extent of the “support” I received.
Left with no option and fearing for my child’s health, I was forced to pay the full treatment amount out of pocket.
This incident proves that:
The policy was sold to me using false and misleading information
Your emergency support system completely failed
Your team showed zero responsibility during a critical medical emergency involving a minor child
Had this been a more severe or life-threatening incident, the consequences could have been catastrophic. This is not just bad service—it is a serious breach of trust and customer safety.
I have completely lost trust in your company and its credibility. This is the first time in the UAE that I have experienced such a cheating and negligent act.
I hereby request:
Immediate cancellation of my insurance policy
I strongly advise your company to stop misleading customers simply to sell policies. Insurance is meant to provide security—not create additional risk during emergencies. U SELL BUT DONT CHEAT .
I expect an urgent response.

I get too many spam calls from Policy Bazaar
Despite asking them not to call me unnecessary
I get repeated annoying calls.
I have purchased policy from them after looking at their advertisements which promise 15%-20% returns but I have got negative returns in last year and its a punishment to be in 5 years lock-in period.
Instead of helping me with existing portfolio they are trying to sell new policy without any shame and integrity.
Its like insulting your intelligence and rubbing salt to customer wounds.
I will not recommend policy bazaar for its poor customer service
