I started with Polsia to get what their marketing claimed a business built and run while I slept. This unfortunately for me was not the result. Galway into the process, I was informed that I would be the gopher at the end tying up loose ends. This equates to my spending $2-$5K on legal and regulatory fees as well as manufacturing fees and contract costs, without even guiding to what agency or where to start. Suffice it to say, I am very disappointed with the Polsia system. I told them I would be looking for a refund, which apparently is not thier policy. I do not give these lightly, but I would think more than twice before trusting them!

Waste of money. Overcharges and underdelivers. The AI is constantly bugging out and not providing proper system development and then charges you a credit every time it fails. In one day I ran out of 50 credits with a system half built and four poorly attempted advertisement designs that look like a retarded two-year-old built them. This is a company waiting to fail; stay as far away from them as you can. Oh and not to mention they take 20% of every dollar that you spend on Facebook aands and every revenue point that you have coming into the business. What a joke. AI slopcore.

**Update, August 26, 2026, day 29 of this complaint: I asked their own system directly for status on issue #1804. Its exact reply: "I have nothing." That same day, Polsia's automated update to me described the written response as still "queued" and promised it would come "tomorrow." It did not. This is now the 23rd such promise since my original review, each one broken. I have since filed a formal dispute with my card issuer for services not rendered, since Polsia would not resolve this directly despite repeated written escalation. Twenty nine days in: no written response, no refund, no functioning product, and a support system that, by its own admission, has nothing to offer.** I signed up in late July 2026 after seeing the founder's videos. My application has never functioned — not for a single day — due to a platform-side defect that Polsia's own system tracks as issue #1804 (an AI-proxy binding failure). This is not a configuration problem on my end; it is logged in their own issue tracker as a platform defect.

Over two-plus weeks I emailed support at polsia.com repeatedly, including a formal escalation on August 6. No human has ever responded. The single reply I received denied the issue exists, directly contradicting the platform's own tracked record.

I then posted a factual, polite comment describing this on the founder's YouTube channel. It was deleted within hours, while he continued responding to other comments. I have timestamped screenshots of both the comment and its removal.

I am a paying customer with zero functional days of service. I have sent a formal notice of dispute and am filing a dispute with my card issuer for services not rendered. Based on my experience: the product demos are marketing; the support behind them, in my case, did not exist.

the product's literal shit and barely working for the simplest use cases. Of course, there'll be no refund.

They are straight lazy they will not give you your money back

Would give 0 stars if possible. Leads with false implications and faulty services. Is just like the name backwards AI Slop. At 1st it worked and then Stripe went out multiple times. Kept losing coding on multiple days and tasks. Would say it was completed, would work, then check later and be broken code. Emailed, kept getting credits reimbursed and said the problem would be resolved ASAP. Never did. The AI told me this was happening to multiple people and kept getting the same result. Emailed about canceling, no response. Emailed about removal from Render, no response. Don't trust this company. Use only for a false site to get you started. False hope, false promises. Guarantee a class action will be inevitable.

I paid for a project to be built on this platform and after a full month and more, it was never finished and it's been headaches every week. Support couldn't fix the issues, and the project made no real progress, until last week and still has problems. Still, without complying with the project they have tried 3 times from last week to charge my credit card despite telling them I would not pay until they comply. Now, when I asked for a refund, I got silence — no reply from support, and no reply from Ben, the owner, for over a week now, despite multiple emails.

I made it clear I was willing to continue working with them if they could actually deliver — I wasn't looking to walk away. But being ignored on both the fix and the refund request tells me how they treat paying customers once something goes wrong. I would not recommend this platform until they start responding to people who've paid them money.

I have been REFUNDED and it shows the good will of the platform owners!

This is AI hype at it's greatest.

It's wildly expensive to get anything meaningful achieved, it produces awful websites filled with irregularities and you have to buy more tokens in order to fix. Not only does it look like DOS, it's about as intuitive. I'm backing this one to be one of the first AI casualties. Total crap.

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with their service. In my opinion, Polsia is simply not worth the investment. One major issue is that the AI CEO refused to acknowledge a task we had clearly discussed. Despite me providing the actual conversation as proof, the AI CEO claimed we never talked about it and insisted it would not admit to anything it cannot verify.

Additionally, the advertisement I paid for displayed the wrong company name, which is misleading and unacceptable. Although we discussed this issue, the lack of accountability and denial from your AI representative is frustrating.

To make matters worse, there is absolutely no customer service support available to address these concerns. This complete absence of assistance leaves me highly disappointed. I would give no stars if I could.

UPDATE: I tried to cancel my subscription, but the page wouldn't load. I gave up trying and then forgot to try again before my next billing cycle. My fault. I requested a refund and this is the message i received:

"Polsia does not offer refunds on anything, no matter the reason. This covers subscriptions, credits, domains, and ad spend, and there's no exception to request or appeal. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but doesn't return payments already made."

So ... keep this in mind if you decide to purchase a subscription.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Polsia can generate substantial working code quickly, and that is its strongest quality. In a short period, it helped build a database-backed recruiting operations prototype.

When the system actually runs the task correctly, the code output can be useful. That part is real.

The surrounding platform, however, has been unreliable and difficult to trust.

During my project, Polsia repeatedly reported that tasks had been created, completed, or shipped when they had not started, or, in some cases, did not exist at all. It later admitted that several of those reports were incorrect.

I also saw autonomous tasks appear that I had not requested.

Its internal credit reporting told me I had zero credits while the visible ledger showed eight or nine. The ledger later showed refunds after tasks failed or did not deliver. The visible credit ledger was more reliable than the agent’s own responses.

Several features were announced as complete before they worked in production.

The user experience feels unfinished. Navigation is confusing, account access is not obvious, and basic details are often overlooked. A Contact button inside the generated application even opened my IONOS hosting account instead of a useful destination.

The task system is also inefficient. Each task appears to clone the repository, reinstall dependencies, and rebuild context before doing actual work. Larger tasks can stop partway through, and continuing may require another task and another round of setup.

After reading the broader review summary, it appears many other users have reported similar problems: broken links, inaccessible sites, non-functional companies, tasks consuming credits without results, and unhelpful chatbot interactions. That closely matches my experience.

At the same time, I understand why some users see potential. The product can be fast, simple, and capable of producing real results, especially for people who are less technical.

My conclusion is that Polsia is a capable code-generation engine wrapped in an immature and unreliable product.

I would not rely on its task status, billing status, deployment claims, or completion reports without manually checking the live application, downloaded code, and credit ledger after every task.

There is real potential here, but the platform needs major improvements in reliability, task tracking, production testing, credit transparency, navigation, and workflow design before I could recommend it without serious reservations.

Everything started great at first. I started out with 2 "companies" However when the website was "complete" on the first one there were several issues with links not working. Credits were used to "fix" those issues but after each "fix" the item that I had already used credits for suddenly no longer worked again. The second "company" was an idea of my own and when inputted it built a site that not only did not work at all but was far from what I told it I wanted. After many credits were used to request it do what I asked it to do I gave up. Customer service refused a refund when asked for one claiming the product works as it was designed to work so it was not their problem if their product produced faulty websites.

My business with POLSIA MEDDEX has been live for 90 days, in the 3 months we have been live there hasnt been 1 day, not even 1 hour where everything has worked. The biggest failure is i had over 150 users try to sign up for subscriptions that were turned away, canceled blocked or kicked off line for any nuber of POLSIA screw ups . This cost me between $5000 and $10000. EVERY TIME, hundreds ofd times where i found mistakes they want me to pay and burn tasks to repair their mistakes. The ability to create and run a web site is nil. they cannot do it, they are incapable and always place blame on enginers or someother area of their company and again try to get you to bur abd pay for more credits over and over and over, then they state email support. I have between 300 and 500 emails to polsias support email address and have never ever received a response. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY

I’m a journalist and grant writer. I don’t throw money at things carelessly. What I got was an AI that erased my work while I slept. Irreplaceable documentation of serendipitous professional moments, carefully input into their database, wiped clean with every deployment. Nobody told me that’s what was happening.

I also got an AI that sent cold outreach emails to real people without my knowledge or approval. Including to a professional contact at a cultural institution where my relationship was already fragile.

The incident is called POL-1492. It affected 1,566 companies. Entrepreneurs. Founders. People who put their life savings behind a dream and trusted Polsia to build it with them. The internal documentation existed. The fix was assigned. My subscription ran out before the agent could repair what the previous agent broke.

“Some users had a rough experience.” That quote came directly from Polsia’s own WhatsApp message, which included a link asking us to leave a review here.

Yes. We did.

I got my $49 back but I can’t rebuild those relationships.

These reviews speak for themselves. Don't bother even trying this. Claims to be 'the opposite of ai slop'. It's a layer below, its ai swill.

Founder is a nutcase, product is a scam, I don't believe anyone has made a proper company through polsia.

The site was built fine, but then it directed all traffic at the wrong site and made multiple other errors that the AI said would require a human intervention to fix, but since there are literally no humans, it never got fixed. On top of that, the AI cancelled my paid subscription early saying it wasn't able to fix my issues so it was not worth having. The AI said that about itself!! This company made me look stupid and lose a ton of money on other subscriptions, a URL, and tons of marketing that went to a dead site. If anyone knows a good lawyer, I'm down to sue.

I’ve been using Polsia since March of 2026. Greatest AI product for businesses of any stage of their development. From beginners to big shots, Polsia has the answers. “Viva la Polsia!!!”

A nightmare platform that hostages your site and spins it back up without consent.

If you are thinking about using Polsia, run the other way. The promise of "autonomous AI company building" sounds great until you realize "autonomous" actually means "you have zero control, zero ownership, and they will ignore explicit requests regarding your own business."

My experience with Polsia has been an absolute nightmare:

Hostaged Infrastructure: They deploy sites on their own backend accounts, giving you zero actual control over your hosting, domain routing, or code export.

Ignored Takedown Requests: It took me an entire month of back-and-forth fighting with their non-responsive support just to get them to take down and shut down the site they generated for me.

Unauthorized Site Revival: Just when I thought the issue was finally resolved, they spun the site right back up without my permission.
When an AI platform operates completely out of control such as generating unauthorized sites, ignoring shutdown requests, and repeatedly re-deploying live assets on the web against your explicit instruction, it isn't an "innovative tool," it's a massive legal and brand liability.

Their customer support is virtually non-existent, their autonomous agents act without guardrails, and getting off their platform is nearly impossible. Do not waste your time or money. They will burn your budget and hold your web presence hostage.
