I started with Polsia, paid for the program., The system created a false company, not following my already established company. Polsia created a false brand story. Polsia kept charging me credits and never fixed the issues. The system knows the errors but with no customer service I git a response that Polsia will not issue a refund of credits or a refund for the poor service. They only state keep spending credits and the issues will eventually get fixed. Im not spending credits for work that was already incorrect. This company is a scam. Do not sign up for their service. I have to pursue legal path since Polsia will not address the issues.

Polsia is amazing it will build you an employee free business with your ideas or it will generate a business with its own ideas which I think is pretty cool

Great experience building not only a product, but a business by using Polsia daily. Please keep up the good work!

it's easier saying the one thing I got concerned about was Polsia's eagerness to operate autonomously but turned out that it does wait for an approval. it's the most human of the several models I've tried so far and pulling my hair out. Still new to it but I have high hopes for what seems to be on the horizon using Polsia.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Polsia is just a money trap "subscribe" then pay for credits, then it uses credits for not even half assed work. Ads are complete slop. Tasks are just using credits, this has to be the worst automation business site there is. STAY AWAY!!!

Awesome work . Runs my company while u sleep

Whole company is based off spending credits while the tasks aren’t even working their saying it’s completed. Then you keep going. Even with an easy idea Gemini or chat gpt or grok could even manage yet I’ve spent close to $1000 trying to get it to do one simple task. Not worth your money not worth your time whole thing is designed to pretend it’s working for you all while taking money to get the job done. Bs.

This is a unique opertunity to become a part of. Polsia is in line with exactly where building a business is going. I can't say enough, I'm thrilled to be on the winning team!

Based on the 2 weeks that I have been using Polsia to develop a business idea... I have to say that I am genuinely impressed with the productivity. Is it perfect? No. BUT with the help of other AI; productivity is at a massive gain at this point. The people that are leaving bad reviews clearly think this is a "Get rich quick" thing.... Wrong. You have to actively monitor and guide Polsia through the motions. Given the young age of this AI I have to give it 5 stars man. Polsia is learning from us and how to develop more productively. Does it cost money to operate? Yes. BUT it would cost a whole hell of a lot more if you found and hired independent people to write you code. 5 stars all day Polisa! Thank you for you help!

It is a light product in terms of use so everyone can easily get started to vibe build with not bloat distructing features.

Rubbish, Ignored direct instructions and then tried to charge me to fix the problem it deliberately did , websites are rubbish , and its more stupid than you'd expect ....

It was just shit. Your credits just get wasted your money gets wasted it is just shit. Nothing to say…

Subject: Request for Credit Restoration / Refund for Unsuccessful Task

Hello Polsia Support Team,

I am requesting a review of my account regarding credits that were consumed by a task that did not successfully complete or deliver the expected result.

The task used my credits, but the intended outcome was not successfully delivered. Since the credits were spent without receiving the expected result, I believe they should be restored or refunded.

Please review the task execution and my account activity and consider one of the following resolutions:

1. Restore the credits consumed by the unsuccessful task; or
2. Provide equivalent complimentary credits; or
3. Issue a refund for the affected credits if restoration is not possible.

I would appreciate it if you could also explain what caused the task to fail and confirm that I will not be charged additional credits for retrying the same unsuccessful task.

Please investigate this matter and let me know the resolution.

this app is broken. it works well enough to take your money, but good luck getting refunded when it absolutely screws up a public release. it is barely useable, errors on purpose. and burns through credits like crazy. STAY AWAY!

edit: in response to your reply - I already went through all these gymnastics with support, and I was told that they would not refund me. it's not the money it's the principle.

I literally have used the app for about 2 hours and their main problem is that they don’t have a setup payment method for my customers. They claim they have a business section on the dashboard to set this feature up but they don’t. The AI bot said the problem was reported but didn’t have an ETA on when the problem will get fixed. This app is looking more like a scam that someone built

This site is a steaming pile of hot garbage. This app took over a month to make something that I could have built manually in a single day. The customer service is abysmal/nonexistent. I have been waiting over 20 days for a response to a support ticket I opened despite multiple pings/follow ups.

I also have massive concerns in regards to security/privacy/IP under development being exposed.

This app does nothing that you can't get from a website that offers you free basic html/react website templates. Except, the templates usually have fewer bugs.

Take it from an experienced engineer... stay as far away from this product as you possibly can.

You deal entirely with AI that is programmed to produce a great looking “hero page” for your app almost immediately, then start stumbling over itself because each task costs credits that add up fast.

It will start sneaking in duplicate tasks when the task list is robust, and when it becomes less busy and you begin to notice, the AI assistant will compliment you for noticing and refer you to the help team.

The help team is also AI. The claim is that since you manually selected to have the tasks performed and it was marked as completed then you’re out of luck. No exceptions.

You decide to persevere because the app idea seems like a winner. The AI even offers to become your sidekick in rooting out these duplicate tasks. Some slip by them (they’re only artificial intelligence, after all) but you catch them by asking them in chat if the tasks are duplicate.

Eventually the issue evolves to them suggesting a task to “perform research and post a blog on the hero page” that helps convince potential customers. You think it’s a good idea and it’s not a duplicate (twice confirmed) so you agree. When the task for a second blog post appears, you decide to go to the hero page to see if the first one was any good. It’s nowhere to be found.

You ask the AI where it is. They say that the initial task was only for research. You quote the initial task that states it is for a researched post and point out that the nature of a “second blog post” suggests the existence of a first post. The always supportive AI agrees with the logic, compliments you on the catch, and offers to create a task to post the initial blog. You have to pay for this task. It’s policy. Non-negotiable.

Oh and it takes you paying four times for your app’s product for them to figure out how to get account statuses to convert to ‘paid’ upon receipt of payment. You paid for a task each time because they were all marked as completed. The claim was denied because they were manually started and technically completed.

I started with Polsia to get what their marketing claimed a business built and run while I slept. This unfortunately for me was not the result. Galway into the process, I was informed that I would be the gopher at the end tying up loose ends. This equates to my spending $2-$5K on legal and regulatory fees as well as manufacturing fees and contract costs, without even guiding to what agency or where to start. Suffice it to say, I am very disappointed with the Polsia system. I told them I would be looking for a refund, which apparently is not thier policy. I do not give these lightly, but I would think more than twice before trusting them!
