So far I am yet to receive my order, nearing two weeks since purchase. When I made contact with the team, they just advised it was on the way and that I would receive it shortly. Still no sign and no offer from the team for how this would be resolved. I’ll sit and wait a few more days, however won’t be purchasing again. No wonder people purchase from the giant Amazon, guaranteed next day delivery!

Please note the reassurance added at the end of the email to you that says - 'Rest assured if your package doesn't arrive after their [Royal Mail's] 10 business day allowance [for 2nd Class post], we will be reporting it as lost and replacing your kit for you.' This is in bold because it's our promise to you and any customers.
We by no means can compete with Amazon as a, most days, one-woman business! Please know that we offer 4 shipping options, and the selected 2nd Class post for this parcel is the cheapest but also the slowest of them all. Hi Harcharan, very disappointed to see you write this when we had been conversing on email all weekend, even when we were closed, to specifically investigate your parcel and you sent replies to our email(s) which means you received them. Even though the delivery service you chose for your large order was 2nd Class post with no tracking - since then and still now, your parcel is marked as delivered on Royal Mail Track and Trace with the Postage Item ID number we retrieved and that we've sent to you on every correspondence, as well as the map and GPS coordinates of this. However we still submitted a Missing Item form to RM for them to investigate, as you remarked that you don't know where it's been delivered to. We can let you know the outcome of this when completed or cancel the request if preferred. However, we were still working on everything we said we'd do to resolve this on email. Sorry to see this posted in the meantime, and saying we haven't responded or insinuating we maybe didn't send your order is simply untrue and thankfully provable that we did both these things. PGN UK

The packaging and what you get for your money is good but the gel wouldn’t stick to my nails and I found it difficult to use . It really didn’t work for me it kept lifting off the nails. I was very disappointed by this.

Very happy with the product packaging and delivery was on time. Not tried PolyGel yet, but the consistency of the Gel looks really good when I opened the tube.

The kit come with everything you need…
The kit come with everything you need and can last up to couple of sets depending on the length. The instructions on the website is very helpful although it would be be better to have it printed already in the package. The only issue I came across is that they don’t last long. I’ve done couple of sets correctly and after 2 days at least one nail comes of. Although I do use my hands a lot throughout the day for cleaning and general house chores I’d at least expect a product to last 5-7 days. Overall it’s a great product and beginner friendly just don’t recommend it if ur looking for a long lasting nails. X

Hey👋 Thanks for your detailed feedback, came back to this review to say we've taken on the idea to produce some in-parcel info on PolyGel application for our customers, not just the online provision! We didn't do this previously as we sell so many different types, but we have reconsidered again and think some general info would make a difference still. Hope to have this produced in the next few months!
(Also, for your nails, would recommend a nail primer and dehydrator for your nail bed for longer lasting nails. We find that nail prep is absolutely key! Ensure you file and buff your nail bed so it's ready to adhere well, remove excess cuticles, use prep products as mentioned and a great base coat. Make sure the PolyGel doesn't touch any of the skin around your nail at all, this all should ensure there are no bubbles and won't 'pop' off prematurely. HTH)
