As a newbie to poly gel and a total beginner at doing my own nails .. I did my research , looking for the best product to build my own broken and bitten nails, that would look natural strong and would last without being thick. I knew that builders gel was a good product to use to help my own nails grow and I found this product and kit offered me all I needed to diy it . The customer service team were great for advice too and the video tutorials were very informative and helpful. I had purchased a Great electric file previously from amazon which meant I could prep my nails properly .. I’m delighted with the results

So thoughtful and definitely didn’t bother me.
The products I received were well packaged and the price of them was really good. For the quality of items I received I genuinely wouldn’t have minded paying double.
The nails I now have are literally salon quality!

Received my order a week late (postal strikes). Felt communication could have been better so I wasn’t left jumping to conclusions that they’re a scam company when actually the products are nice quality. it’s a small business which I’m happy to support rather than Amazon!

Constantly informing of the progress of delivery, quick to get back to any queries and parcel arrived packaged beautifully - didn’t want to open it!

Exceptionally easy to use but as they say, " practice definitely makes perfect". Would have preferred a "starter kit" with more gel in the tubes. Saying that, still happy with my purchase
