Delivered quick, great product

Had everything in stock that I needed. Delivered in a couple of day very pleased with the experience.

Received my order quickly.. Lovely packaging.. Items I ordered where fantastic.. Love love love the reflective gel polish sets.. But I ordered the liquid chrome and was only half full when it arrived.. Not there fault.. I have messaged 3 times and no one has bothered to get back to me.. So a little disappointing on coms and on one product xxxfyi..polygel Just messaged back and explained bottle comes half full..so to shake and mix x

Wow my poly nails arrived last week and I’ve tried them out. I’m amazed how easy they are to do.

I found polygel UK and would have given them 5 stars but the first order took a bit longer than I thought it would, customer service answered my email straight away and the actual order I made turned out so good that I made another order.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and decided to go back to doing it myself I can do acrylic powders but when I seen poly gel I thought hmm half the time and we’ll av only managed to do a trial mail but wow these products are great easy to use ans the product stayed on my finger for over a week untill removed but feel it have stayed on longer of left

Great products nice nice colour nail varnishes and the gels are very good.

Service was good, unfortunately the gel made my fingers swell, very sore and itchy after 12 hours.

was not what i was expecting nor what was on the video advertisements

I've not tried gel nails or extensions before but was well and truly fed up with regular easy-to-chip nail polish! So I found this company and put an order in. The items arrived within a reasonable time and I gave it a go. Well, although my nails looked good they snapped or broke off within 2 hours! I wrote to the company and J helped me get my skills up to scratch. My second lot of nails were successful! I was soo chuffed! J was very good to me by helping me through it and was lovely enough to throw in a different set of nail forms. Although my second lot were great I found out that long "fake" nails just weren't for me. They got in the way all the time and I couldn't pick little things up 🤣 So my third set were just to cover my actual natural nails. I've had them on nearly a week with no sign of peeling, cracking or chipping off! I'm very impressed and show them to everyone I come across.

Overall the company, staff and products have been brilliant. I couldn't have asked for any better. Il be returning to buy more colours.
