Couch looks and feels great for how affordable it is. Shipping was super fast compared to other sellers. Two delivery guys unboxed and brought it inside for us and were gone in a matter of minutes.

While the product is nice, the shipping was horrible and the customer service regarding it wasn’t much better. Charged me more money after checkout to get my product to me because they don’t have a regular company they use for Santa Cruz county. Rescheduled multiple times.

The bench I bought is of high quality and better than I expected, all at a reasonable price. I will definitely shop for furniture again from Poly & Bark and share my great experiences with friends and family.

After a short time on the wait list, I ordered two chocolate brown leather Bruges chairs. The chairs were delivered quickly and arrived in excellent condition. Assembly was a breeze! They're a stunning compliment to my Stickley leather couch and we're very happy with our purchase. We won't hesitate to buy from Poly & Bark in the future!

Poly and Bark offers exceptional quality leather furniture at half the cost of similar companies. We always get the cognac color because it patinas so beautifully. The leather is better than top grain. It’s pure aniline! Do some research and you’ll understand about quality leather. Great customer service and they offer white glove delivery too!

It was easy to order and the info was on target with the product we received. The couch is better than what we thought.

Easy to order - I had these chairs in mind for a long time and when it came on sale I was ready to purchases they came fully assembled although the boxes were huge so I can imagine someone with narrower space may have an issue with this.
Love the chairs and get compliments all the time.

Great quality furniture with beautiful modern look. It was an obvious choice after weeks of searching for stools to match my newly renovated space. Furniture was shipped quickly and in protective packaging already assembled. I’m very satisfied with this experience.

I ordered an ottoman which we absolutely love! The quality is excellent but surprisingly it was delivered 2 days after purchase. The care taken to wrap the product for protection was outstanding. Very happy with our purchase.

We ordered two leather swivel chairs that are absolutely STUNNING! Better than we could have imagined in our home, and very comfortable- only time will tell how they will hold up, but we absolutely love them and the quality seems to be really good. Luckily we haven’t needed any customer service, but the shipping was so fast and the chairs came in perfect condition. We were considering buying similar style chairs at twice the price and just couldn’t bite the bullet and in the end we are so glad we got these ones because they are even more gorgeous than the expensive ones.

Great products- the chairs are solid wood and very high quality. Customer service is helpful and considerate, easy to get in touch with, communicative. Delivery was very convenient and all of the chairs were fully assembled and very sturdy. When one of my deliveries was mis-delivered, customer service helped me resolve the issue promptly.

I had a great experience with poly and bark and love the dining chairs, counter stools and swivel chair. They are all fantastic.

The sofa I ordered for my clients' Mid-Mod den looks perfect in the room and they are very pleased with the quality as well. I was also impressed with the communication and quick shipping!

The product is great, packaging is great but supply is not great and why I rated at a 3.
They have lots of people selling products but poly bark ships product that controls the inventory. When they have no stock you can't get from any seller. We tested their products buying two oak natural barstools to check their quality and packaging. We then wanted four dinning chairs to match, we have one bench. There was the problem, no oak anywhere so we could not buy or match the stools.. Waited for weeks but nothing but notes about these things happen, so sorry!
Poly Bark disputed my claim for rating but Trustpilot found my rating to be true and correct. My review remained standing.

We ordered a leather ottoman type coffee table. It's attractive, well made, and the price was better than in high end local stores.
