Frank Veerman has done an excellent job. We had a very difficult infiltration to find. And after all kinds of tests with cameras, smoke tests, liquid with colour and exploring all possibilities.... After a necessary drill in the exact spot he found the problem. We are very grateful for his excellent work. And very friendly.

They charged me a fortune and did not manage to find my leak. Refused to refund.

The heating pipes in our extended C17th cottage are extensive and difficult trace. Polygon's engineers, with the latest tech equipment, did a superb job in discovering and mending the pinhole leak. When a further problem arose in the oil boiler they responded swiftly and found that too. The engineers could not have been more considerate in what was for us a difficult situation.

Great communication both from the office and staff on site. Neat and tidy work done. Results clearly explained. Couldn’t fault the service.

Polygon is an AWFUL company to deal with. I too am insured with Direct Line who have instructed Polygon.
I am 81years old, my husband is 82 and in very poor health. It was an absolute necessity that my basement was cleared of 6ft of dirty foul water but Polygon took 3days to come and look at it but they allowed their operative only 2hours to do a huge job and he was totally inept - he left the house after 90 minutes with standing water and soaked carpets. All attempts to get a “timely response” as promised by Polygon were futile and I am still waiting to hear from them. They are deliberately unresponsive to people in real crisis.

Excellent experience with Polygon. Leo was very obliging in discussing and arranging the appointment at my parents' property. Stephen Irving attended site and kept me updated on his findings throughout the day. The leak detection report was emailed through within 24 hours of leaving site. Very efficient service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Polygon are an excellent company to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and efficient. We used their services for tracing and accessing an under floor leak and effecting a repair. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing a similar service.

Polygon operatives and admin. were helpful, honest, constructive and prompt. The reports were excellent.

Kirk Matthews was brilliant, helping us after a flood at our home in north Norfolk. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and helped us get through an awful experience during the last 4 months.

Technician was great. Although the leaks were hard to find he tried his best and worked all through the day using different approaches. Explained what he was doing and possible causes. Would highly recommend.

Hardip from Polygon visited my mother's home yesterday - she's 93 and has not had hot water or heating for nearly two weeks. He was fantastically efficient, kind, clear in all communication, and after six hours minutely inspecting the property, the problem was uncovered. Within 24 hours, a full and clear report that we've sent straight to the insurance company and clear directions for next steps that we can share with our plumber. Highly recommended

Very professional and proficient service. A courteous and pleasant company to have dealings with. Lex Mens and Martyn Dixon, the technicians who attended and conducted the survey were equally professional, respected our home and did an excellent job. Whilst conducting their work in a very businesslike manner, they still had time to listen and answer our questions.
Altogether a surprisingly good experience in this day and age. Highly recommended!!

Our problem was a heating system leak that was totally hidden, without obvious signs of a source. We paid for the Trace & Access service.
Very professional setup, worked efficiently had all the necessary tools & knowledge to get the job done. Engineer was careful to get the facts & systematic in his approach to finding the leak.
Found the source of the leak despite it being totally hidden & avoided creating a mess.
The solution required a replacement boiler & a refund of the unused portion of the fee was returned on day of report. Trace achieved, access not required.
Definitely would recommend.

I would highly recommend Polygon. They couldn't have been more thorough in their process and fully explained everything to me along the way. They are a terrific team of people who can be trusted 100%!
