Direct Line instructed Polygon to attend house house after a burst pipe. We had to call them. Still waiting for it to be dried out with equipment nearly NINE weeks later!
Still waiting on their asbestos results over three weeks since they eventually visited ??! Removed wedding dress as well for cleaning now no one can tell us where it is ?! They don't have the equipment or the capability. Shocking communications and actions. Non existent service - they keep blaming their workloads.

Excellent service Despite an extra busy time Speedy response getting humidifier in and out. Workmen Lee, who set up humidifier and Steve who took it away, kept us notified of arrival and were very helpful throughout on both occasions

They eventually turned up to find we had done their work. At this point still waiting on their asbestos results over two weeks since they eventually visited - should take 48 hours. They don't have the equipment or the capability. Avoid them even if you insurer says that they are on their supply chain! Waste of time, must cost insurers a fortune for nothing at all. All this in an 87 year old woman's house with mobility issues who cannot return to her house from a hospital stay! Shocking communications and actions. Non existent service - they keep blaming the weather and their workloads.

Excellent visit for a Track and Access by their operative. He worked quickly and efficiently to establish the position of the leak which was under the floor, then proceeded to access the leak with the least possible damage to the floor. Very helpful throughout and although the leaking pipe was not in a position to be mended on the day; he left giving us full access to hot and cold water for all but the offending room

Matt and Jamie came today to detect our leak, which they found almost immediately. They were polite, friendly and extremely understanding of our trauma, they patiently answered our many questions and helped us to understand the next steps. They were efficient and left our home neat and tidy. We have yet to experience the drying out team but hope they will be as much a pleasure to deal with.

Great company , thames Water simply could not find the leak then comes along Polygon. That’s what it says on the tin fantastic

Ed arrived, and sourced the leak underneath the floorboards exactly where he anticipated it to be.
All within 5 mins.

He was considerate of the interiors and couldn't have been more polite and professional.
Our problem leak in the central heating pipe is now solved, something Direct Line's contracted engineers failed to come anywhere near achieving on 7 visits!

If only all businesses were as efficient as these guys.

Polygon were given the job of fixing a leak in our house through our insurers and unfortunately after the experience we have had over the last 12 months I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We have had 4 different people attend our property to asses the leak, fix it and assess it again and although our interactions with the guys was pleasant they all failed to do the basics.

All 4 of them signed off our floor as dry however when the flooring company came in they refused to do the work due to it being soaking wet and mouldy. As it took a while for the insurers to send the floorers we had been living amongst the wet floor for 6 months. Unfortunately the flooring company ripped up the floor before walking away from the job, 2 weeks before Christmas.

I don't normally write reviews like this as I know the impact they can have on business's however the fact I have an asthmatic 3 year old who has been breathing in filthy air for 6 months has given me no option.

Simply unacceptable, always ask who the insurers are sending and if they say Polygon say NO!

This was an excellent service where the surveyor turned up on time and the communication was very good. The report was received within 24 hours of the site visit which is extremely helpful.

Following a suspected leak from either a downpipe or a radiator, my sister recommended Polygon.
Technician - Andrew Tanner was thorough in carrying out the trace & access process, eventually finding the cause of damage - had been a loose radiator connector fittings.

We discovered a water leak coming up through our kitchen floor. Polygon's engineer Ed came and was able to trace the leak very quickl. He just lifted the tiles neccessary to find and fix the leak. In re-testing he found a second leak and so saved us from even more trouble. By the end of the visit the kitchen was useable again and it look less than a day to complete the trace and fix. We're incredibly grateful and very relieved!

Knowledgeable and experienced leak detection staff who got right to the root of the problem fast and fixed it . Friendly and explained everything they did so well. Telephony staff were also great and easy to deal with. Made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with . Professionals all round

The Polygon operatives arrived promptly and were extremely personable.
Time was taken to gather as much data as possible before the leak investigation began. Each stage and test was explained to us and our questions answered

After phoning 5 other companies that never got back to me I was desperate to find the leak in my house, I happened to pass a Polygon van, spoke to the driver then called their office, what a great company. Talked me through everything, They arrived on time and found the leak quickly ,made good with a repair and made a very detailed report including pics and video for my insurance claim. Can't recommend highly enough. Thankyou
