My most recent purchase from Pompeii3 was the "big one"! This is my fifth time purchasing from Pompeii3. I have made previous purchases from their eBay store and recently directly from their website! Regardless, the quality is unmatched as is thier customer service. I was skeptical at first, because of the factory direct low price, but have been absolutely amazed at the top tier quality. They have kept me apprised every step of the way. Phone calls are always s answered by a customer service representative and emails always answered within a day. My girl currently wears four Pompeii3 pieces. I hope she says "yes" to the fifth!

Ordered diamond earrings for my daughter for Christmas and its not been a month and a diamond fell off.
I call to get it replaced and CSR could tell my options, she stated that someone will reach out via email. At this point im livid I purchased from this site. Praying they replace an earing. Iml be back to review once there is a resulting

Purchased some diamond studs for my wife for Christmas. Seems to be the perfect gift and she loves them. Bright, brilliant and sparkly! She's received multiple compliments as well.

I purchased the 8ct diamond studs and they came out better than expected. This is the second time I have ordered some diamonds from here and am not disappointed at all once again.

Pompeii3 is a scam.
I ordered my wedding ring one month before my wedding, and they guaranteed delivery in 3–7 business days. After three weeks, they still NEVER shipped it. They made a FedEx label that never moved because nothing was ever sent.
I called dozens of times and sent 30+ emails — not one response. Their phone reps kept saying “support will email you,” but support never contacted me once. Some reps even hung up on me. I even filed a BBB complaint, and Pompeii3 ignored that too. Worst customer experience of my life. Avoid this company at all costs.

Scammers. Took two orders from me and shipped the lowest quality when I paid for premium. Refuse to let me send them back UNTIL I REMOVE BAD REVIEWS. I HAVE copies of all emails and they confirmed the stones I wanted but shipped garbage and refuse to help me

if you order from a different website than pompei, like if you order a pompeii product thorugh overstock, returns can be tricky. their products are nice, but customer service needs improvemet, however, if you are persistant, you can get it figured out

I ordered a ring from this company in August. I had to order a custom ring size of 10.25 so they created a special invoice and emailed it to me. I paid an extra $250 for the ring to be sized correctly. The total came to $1000 and some change. When I received the ring I took it in to a jewelry store to verify size. It was sized 9.5 instead of 10.25. I contacted pompeii and they offered to refund me if I return the ring or to replace it with a ring in the correct size. I asked if they would give me any sort of rebate or discount since they had taken weeks to send me an incorrect product and I now had to take the time to correct their mistake. They refused to do anything more for me than to replace the ring or refund me the money. I decided to give them a second chance. This time they got the ring sized correctly. So at the end of the day I did get what I ordered after two months of waiting and back and forth. And they did not compensate me in any way for their mistake or for wasting my time. I would say buy from this company with caution and double check every measurement. If you do give them your business do not expect them to go out of their way to make you feel valued as a customer, they could clearly not care less.

I buy all my wife’s important gift from here. She now has a matching set built over the last 4 years. Engagement, wedding, pendant, earrings all match Excellent!!!!

The ring I purchased is nice, but it has dropped over $250 in the past month since I purchased it which causes me some concern in the actual value

I’ve ordered 3 times from Pompeii and had a great experience each time. I always received my order on time and the quality is exactly was I was expecting based on each order. I ordered a ring, earrings, and a necklace and each item. You can’t beat their prices especially when they have sales for Black Friday!

I have not received the ring I ordered yet, however, I am impressed thus far! 1. I searched the internet for the best bang for your buck and Pompeii3 is it. Prompt customer service as well.

Bought a 6ct “lab diamond”. It was no diamond. It is impossible to get help or to get a hold of these people. 100% scammers.

Buyers beware! My experience was i did not get the diamond that I paid for..... I recieved and ( I ) color and not FG as the ad stated, plus the girdle was chipped.... it even said it on the appraisal. When I sent in my complaint they ghosted me. Shop elsewhere, youll not be happy with these folks I promise you.

I've ordered from pompeii3 numerous times. Earrings for my daughter and myself. Solitaire pendants for my daughter. I've never been disappointed. Customer service was always great. Diamonds are gorgeous. I don't know why others have not had a good experience, I have had nothing but positive experiences both this company.
