My Situation Was Dealt With Properly! Thank You!

The ring I ordered did arrive but the original package had obviously been tampered with which was easily noticeable. Although the ring box and packing slip was inside the plastic bag package...the ring was not....it had been removed from the bag and stolen!! The bag had been cut into on one end and taped. After contacting the company many times and providing them many photos of the tampered bag, I was told they had to file their own claim and review their own security and complete an internal report which could take 7-10 business days. Since they do not offer insurance at check-out I told them that I wanted either a replacement ring or a full credit on my visa. After several weeks, Jay, the manager of customer service contacted me and offered me a complete refund credit on my visa. Jay was sincere, apologetic and demonstrated a great deal of concern regarding my experience. I would like to personally thank Jay for contacting me and taking the initiative to react to my concerns by offering me this solution which, in my view is not only the ethical thing to do but the correct thing to do. Kudos to you Jay! Thank you once again for your much-needed help. Kevin

I bought a Engagement Ring with wedding…

I bought a Engagement Ring with wedding band about 1 mouth a diamond fell out and after we got married a diamond fell out of the wedding band I did purchase a 2 year warranty and after calling 8 times i finally got a return label to send it back I sent both Rings back with a note asking to please check all diamonds to make sure they are all tight had to pay $15.50 shipping to get them back after 2 weeks another diamond fell out of the wedding band I had to call several times before someone would respond they emailed me a form to fill out I had to pay shipping to return the ring then billed me another $15.50 to get it back I was told if didn’t pay the money I wouldn't receive my wife's ring over the years I have spent a lot of money with these people I am going to take both rings to a jewelry store in town to check all the diamonds because I am sick and tired of dealing with these people I will not spend another dime with them I am very upset with Pompeii3. When I got the wedding band back for second time I took it to another jeweler to have it solder and I ask him to check all the diamonds and he found 2 more lose after I ask Pompeii3 to check all the diamonds for the second time before it they sent it back it cost me $123.00 because I didn't want to deal with this sorry outfit again there craftmn ship isn't worth a crap.

Upset about customer service

My husband bought me a nice pair of "diamonds" earrings, the back was so loose i lost my earings 3 times in my house.
I found them, and asked the customers service to change the backs, they told me to send them on my own costs and when they received it they told me to pay 80$ for new backs.
So i told them no. They sent me back my earrings but without the original box but in a sandwich bag!
I went few days ago to an other jewellery shop and they tight the backs for free.
So they are darmatic for no much reasons.
Not happy and wont buy anything from them again

I don't want or expect anything from…

I don't want or expect anything from the business at this point, I'm only wanting to put out a formal complaint about the way this company does business - which is disappointing at the very least, but frankly dishonest. I needed to find a replacement wedding band. Found what looked like an exact match to what I had lost. The wedding band was on sale (for the next 3 days) - which was a plus. I called customer service with a question about whether they would match the price they had for the same ring listed on Walmart.com. The "receptionist" (as they don't actually have any live customer service support, in fact you can't even make a straight up purchase with anyone over the phone) said they would submit my question and I would receive an emailed response. Well, I never got an email. So I decided since I wanted to have the ring engraved (something that was not an option for the same ring on Walmart.com) I would just go ahead and pay a little more and get it from Pompeii3.com. With one day left in the sale, the price had changed from $690 to $770. I called, and got no explanation as to the price change. Like the sucker that I am, I ordered anyway. The very next day the price changed again (post sale) and it was now $685.96. I emailed to see about them refunding the difference - no response. The ring eventually arrived. It was nothing like the illustration and description they provided on the site. Not only was it a very different ring, it was not even engraved! The return process (all online) was pretty straight forward, and easy to process, but, they didn't even refund me all of what I had paid. They had some sort of "restocking" fee of around $15 for my troubles, and that on top of me having to pay the return shipping cost as well. I call this a scam. No one in the company to actually talk to to make a resolution, you're not shipped what you ordered, and you have to pay to return it back to them. I would honestly like to see these people shut down.

I bought a beautiful ring from Pompeii3 with a 1 1/4 moissanite main stone and complementary vs2-si1 diamonds on a 10k solid gold band for under $500. It shines a lot, is very colorful and looks very expensive. Definitely a steal! When I showed other people, they all assumed it was at least $4,000. I myself prefer moissanite over diamonds since they reflect more light than diamonds, are almost as hard as diamonds and are significantly cheaper than diamonds. They also pass as a diamonds on most diamond testers too so really a great affordable stone. Pompeii3 cut the stone very well.

1.5 ct. eternity ring review

I purchased a 1.5 ct. eternity ring in size 7 from Overstock.com. When I called Overstock to ask why there was a delay in shipping, I also asked which brand the ring was from (which turned out to be Pompeii3.)

I was extremely nervous about what the ring would be like once I read online reviews (online in general and also on Amazon.) I highly considered cancelling my order as I was nervous about getting a faulty ring and then having to go through the process of shipping it back, getting a refund, etc.

I received my ring today (I ordered it on 9/11, so it took a total of 13 days to receive it from the date I ordered it), and I was really nervous to open the box.

I was happily surprised that the ring looks totally fine. The diamonds look all right--they do look nice altogether from a distance. Yes, if you look up close, you can see that the diamonds are inconsistent in their clarity/color, but, overall the ring looks good.

Overall, you will get what you are paying for--the website says that the diamond colors on the ring are G/H, and the clarity ranges between I1 and I2. With that, I think I got a natural diamond right-hand ring which will add the sparkle I wanted at an affordable price.

Is it the highest quality? Not at all. Will you get what you pay for? I think so.

Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Not sure if I would buy from them again, but I don't really regret it!

One of the worst customer service…

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

We placed an order for a ring nearly three weeks ago, with FedEx Overnight shipping. The order is still not shipped. The communication from this company is absolutely terrible — or rather, completely absent.

I contacted customer support and got one generic reply. When I followed up asking for a specific shipping date, they simply ignored my email. No response, no explanation, no accountability.

I also emailed david — the person who replies to negative reviews here, supposedly to help customers. But this seems to be just for show, because I received no reply whatsoever.

We keep getting vague messages like “it will ship soon” or “expected to ship this week.” That’s not a real update. The estimated date of September 20th came and went — still nothing. No tracking number. No resolution. Just silence.

This is not just a delay. It’s a complete lack of basic professionalism and respect for your customers.

If I had read more reviews in advance, I would have never ordered from this company. Sadly, I did — and now I’m stuck waiting and beyond frustrated.

Avoid this place. Don’t repeat our mistake.

Very Bad Customer Service After They Took My Money

I placed an order with this company on Saturday. The order was for a new wedding ring set for my wife for her birthday in October. The website said my order would be ready on September 22 which gave me plenty of time, but I paid extra for expedited shipping just to be sure. On Monday about 10am I received an email offering an extended warranty on my purchase. On Monday at noon, without warning or explanation, my order was cancelled. Two hours later my credit card was charged for my order AFTER it had been cancelled by Pompeii3. Now I had no rings, no money, and no explanation. I sent a total of five emails that were all ignored. I called their customer service line twice and the advice they gave me was to call my credit card company myself and tell them it was basically a fraudulent charge. Finally after 3 days of holding my $3,000+ and complete radio silence they sent me an email that said my purchase flagged as suspicious (even though they had my money for days at this point) and the the only way they would allow me to place a second order (before they returned my money from the first order BTW) is if I used PayPal. They told me they would accept no other method of payment even though their website says no such thing. They told me that they had refunded my purchase (they haven’t and my credit card still shows no pending refund) and I should wait 3-5 business days which is odd to me because they had no problem taking my money from me in one half of a business day. I’m trying to spread the word about their shady practices and debating whether to contact my bank and start treating this like fraud. I would recommend you look for another vendor for your purchase until after they get a handle on their horrible customer service and shady business practices. When you operate at this level you have to be aware that perception is reality until proven otherwise and my perception is this is a shady business that’s going to close up shop and open another under a new name and leaving a lot of dissatisfied customers behind.

Website says "easy returns" - NOT!!!!!!

Website says "easy returns" - NOT!!!! Website took my credit card info and then didn't provide a return label. Have called the last three days and all you get is a "receptionist" that says she will send an urgent message to customer service and they would respond within 24 hours - NOT!!!!! When I demanded the third day to speak to a manager or anyone else, claimed that was impossible. Told the "receptionist" I'm sure she had a supervisor and needed to speak to them. She claimed her sup didn't any work for Pompeii3. Maybe all of this is a scam to get our credit card info.

I ordered a diamond necklace

I ordered a diamond necklace. Before I ordered, I asked does it go at least 3/4 of the way around the chain and was told yes .when the necklace was received, it went like halfway around. I had to file a claim to get my money back, they accused me of bank fraud be very careful with this company.

My earring hoops seriously asymmetrical

I am a deep diamond lover.I was ordered a 10CT diamond hoop u prong earring.I only waiting 14 days and received my order. The diamond was gorgeous and the hoop size good too, but when you view from the side, the earring hoop not a round, is seriously asymmetrical.(both side has diamond) I do have three pairs similar earrings.
But they not like that, a little disappointed they workmanships.

Unwilling to throughly help with missing jewelry

Ive order from pompeii before and received a beautiful ring. No problems. This second time around I ran into a huge problem. I ordered two necklaces at the same time at the beginning of june. I received only one on the 28th of June. I didnt think to take photos of when I had received my package but I opened it to find only one necklace and some papers. An invoice listing both the necklaces I ordered and some company flyers. I was a bit confused but figured the other may possibly come later as the ship dates when I ordered was different. July 4th I reached back out because I still didn't receive anything and I got an automated response back. I sent a reply with my order number and the issue again and never heard back. I sent more emails and called many tome after and finally got a response back after some time. They asked me again what the issue was and what I was missing. I told them. They asked for pictures. I didnt have them and gave description of what I received. I was then told that they reviewed their security footage and because it showed both items were placed in the bag before being shipped there was nothing else that could be done to help and they couldn't further investigate. So now im paying almost $800 for a necklace that I dont have. That im sure probably got stolen in transit. They could've reached out to the shipping company that was handling my order or offered some type of other resolution and didnt. Im not very happy about this purchase, response, and the companies unwillingness to throughly help with the matter.

Horrified no more online jewelry purchases

I researched the company prior to purchasing & even tho it was many bad reviews it seemed to be with the diamonds most replies were met with the question of return or refund. No company will go without no bad reviews n targets had them as a third party vendor I went ahead with the $1000 Christmas 12/22/23 present for my husband who work for the city well almost two yrs go by usually he take off all his jewelry b4 work but forgot to one day well he came home hot! He was doing dig up & I guess between the sweat n dirty it made the truth come out which was it’s Fake ! Not solid 14 k Gold with lobster clasps . Went to out jewelry store to get it cleaned & he guy said, Are you pull my leg? My husband said I know she’s gonna kill me I never were it to work it got so dirty!! The jewelry said well filled gold will do that . Wait what gold? Long story short, FAKE NOT REAL solid 14k yellow gold as described in there ad!
I went to three different stores just bc in law it’s always good to have more than one creditable reference. I contacted the company n I got I’m so sorry that happened. That was it! Not no exchanges of information nothing! So I recommend DO JEWELRY PURCHASE IN PERSON!

OMG, so beautiful!!

OMG. I surprised my husband with a ring for father's day. He totally loved it. For a peace of mind, 1st I took the ring to our local jeweler and he stated that I made a good choice and my husband would be a very happy man. The jeweler was sooo right. I'll be making more purchases.

Thievery

Purchased a natural diamond eternity ring on April. Did not like the ring returned . Got a confirmation from pompeii3 that they received my returned item on may 21. Been over 10 business days, I call pompeii3 daily and they have no answer for me. They keep telling me it takes 7-10 days for payment to process. And then they say someone will reach out in 24 hrs. There’s no accountability or oversight. Be careful they took my money and my ring. Shady business practices. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this place.

This is junk

This is junk. I got my wife the complete set she has always wanted. The day I gave it to her a diamond fell out of one of the 2 wedding bands. Here it is 2 weeks later and 3 diamonds have now fallen out. Absolutely garbage jewelry. She is devastated and I am embarrassed. Do not EVER buy this "hand crafted" trash unless you want to be as embarrassed as I am. We live in separate countries so I wish I could attach pictures of the ring, and her tears. Also, the conversation we had about what happened. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Refer to my Google reviews and you will see that I do not like to give bad reviews unless something is really wrong.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Another quality purchase at a low…

Another quality purchase at a low price! My experience with Pompeii3 has been great. You get a quality product at a great price. I bought my niece a pink sapphire and diamond ring. I always try to find a coupon and usually can find 10% off so do a search before you checkout.

Your company did not meet my standards or the description of what you sold my husband regarding my diamond earrings. This has nothing to do with how I FEEL- I have a certified Jeweler's appraisal from my local jewelry store that states what you sold him is NOT what you advertised. Considering you threw up a bogus template response with NO contact information 6 months later, your services will not be needed. We will just not buy from you ever again.
