I have loved every purse I have purchased from PPL. They have a great selection of colours and love the diversity of straps that I get to choose from. The purses are well made and functional. Their customer care is stellar and always ready to lend a hand. Great company.

I added the straps to my order and apparently they did not go through. I wrote the company an email asking for them to remedy the mistake as the shop.com checkout was confusing. They are willing to send the straps but want me to pay the shipping. It's not the money it's the fact that they refuse to fix a one-time mistake for a customer. Very frustrating considering that my sister-in law and I and our daughters have several of their bags and enjoy them. The quality of the bags are excellent and they are very versatile. In regard to this mistake DO BETTER POM POM!!!!

Orders are fast and easy to place via the website which is equally easy to navigate. The bags I have received look exactly like the photos, are of excellent quality, and always receive compliments when I wear them. They frequently offer deals or incentives which makes it easier and because they have a warehouse in the U.S. shipping is quick.

Beautifully made, well-constructed purses that are very stylish, well-organized and perfect for my needs. The hardest part is deciding what color to get!

I love the Original and the Original Plus. The Original Plus has ample room for taking extra items on a day trip, and the Original is perfect for my everyday needs. My orders have arrived in a timely manner. I had one that took the US tour, but that was a USPS issue!

I love my original bag. The best pet is having multiple straps to fit different occasions or match different outfits. Highly recommend!

My most recent purchase was a City Plus Bag in Straw with two coordinating straps; it's a beautiful soft, summery colour. In the last two and a bit years, I have bought several bags / straps / wallets / sunglasses cases from this company. Delivery has always been faultless and all the items I have purchased have been of a high quality. On occasion, I have had to contact customer services and my queries have been dealt with promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

I Love this website as well as my beautiful Lavender bag! I wear it everyday and the the straps included are beautiful! There is so much room in the bag and I love how it can be both a shoulder bag and a crossbody. Ordering the bag was easy and the the bag arrived in about four days.

The customer service group is always very responsive and helpful. The products are wonderful. I highly recommend this company. I have 5 of these purses!!!

I've ordered from Pom Pom multiple times from different US states. The orders always arrive promptly, well-packed (verging on overstuffing, really), and as-described. A couple of times, I have decided to return purses (not because there were problems with them, but because I realized I mis-ordered), and the returns were seamless. (There is a restocking fee if you want a currency refund instead of credit, but this is disclosed in their policy--no bait and switching.) I've maxed out my purse budget for the year, but I will be back to Pom Pom for their fun colors, versatile straps, smooth zippers, and consistent service.

I became a PPL fan in Summer of 2023 and have fallen more and more in love with the brand over the years. The bags are such high quality leather and design. Not to mention that the colors and straps allow you to express your own individuality and style. There have been a few instances that I have had to contact Customer Service and they have been amazing. They responded quickly and replaced the very few bags that were faulty in a swift and efficient manner. You can tell the team cares deeply about their customers and wants to make sure that they are taken care of.

Quality products and fast shipping

I find Pom Pom products superior to many high end brands. Every bag I have ordered (and there are many) have always come in pristine condition. A dust cover is always included. All metal pieces are covered and well protected. The fantastic choice I have of straps is amazing. I love my cute pom pom purse charms, or whatever else they have adorned on the bag. I have replaced most of my other bags with Pom Pom London bags because of the quality and functionality. I have several sizes, but can use the charms and bag straps on all of them to suit my mood. You won’t be disappointed and I know you will be back for more!
