Great Bag I’ll keep Forever!!!
I’ve ordered from PPL a couple of times and each time the item has arrived quickly and with no delivery issues! My first order was years ago and I still have that bag (the Mayfair) and it’s in great condition. I also ordered an original in Deep Burgundy during the Fall and had to send that one back due to manufacturing issues with it (one side was larger than the other/sat up higher on the front pocket). They handled my return as a defect and I quickly got my refund. Nonetheless I’m looking at another to order soon!

I love my Pom Pom London bags
I love my Pom Pom London bags, so pleased I was recommended this company.
The bags come is various styles, size and colours. Each bag is made from a beautiful quality leather. There are also matching accesories to purchase. With most bags comes an offer of a keyring and 2 fabric straps including a leather strap. Making a great saving.
The customer service department are very helpful, if needed.
The order process is easy and the

Quality bags!
Overall great bags! There have been a few issues lately with some of the new releases but customer service has addressed them quickly. As this is a London based company, there are some cultural differences but overall you're getting a quality bag for a great price. Be sure and follow the company on social media for new releases and coupon codes

5 bags - definitely will be ordering more
I currently own 5 bags from this brand, and every one of them has exceeded my expectations. I also had a great experience with a customized order-the process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the final product turned out exactly as I wanted. Two of my bags have accompanied me on vacation, and despite being quite small they performed wonderfully, offering both durability and convenience throughout my travels.

If I have a problem with an order customer services deals with it quickly and efficiently. Original Plus, great size
I have 2 Original Plus size bags. They are great for everyday use and for vacation. Plenty of room for all my essentials. And the straps. I love all the fun straps to pick from. I also bought my daughter a red purse and she loves it to. I will be buying more! I have one black and one pink.
