The website was very easy to use! I loved having the option of customizing the dress to my exact measurements. I’m taller the most, so having the option to add some length was perfect! I can’t wait to wear this gorgeous dress!

Horrible product.
Do not buy from here or if you do DO NOT do the custom.
Sent them my sizes from a seamstress. They had it in the mail in less than 3 days.
Received it and size is NO where close to my sizes were. Added to that they never ask for the arm size and of course the arms are made to fit a 90 lb wet women.
It would cost me more to fix it than to order a new dress from somewhere else.
Because it’s custom they won’t take it back. But they will pay 40% of my seamstress cost to fix it right. And apologized stating they will try harder.
Complete waste of money and time.
Avoid this company.

I have no complaints about this company. The dress arrived earlier than expected in good condition. Just a little creased, but is working itself out. The fit was true. The quality was better than expected. The bodice had boning and a built-in bra, which I didn't realize. Nice surprise. Smooths me out beautifully. Love it. Would not hesitate to order from this company should the occasion arise again.

Bought a dress and received an email asking me to reply to it within 24 hours if there were any changes to be made or a problem. I replied to that email within 6 hours of it being sent saying unfortunately I would like to cancel the order.
The customer service agent then began to argue with me that I would be charged 30% of the order still because they had started production which I have say is absolutely ridiculous. I replied to the email. I don't want the dress. Your company should not be charging customers anything if they want to cancel orders for mass produced clothing in standard sizes. I did not choose custom sizing. Your customer service agents should also not be arguing with customers. Eventually they refunded me only after I sent them screen shots of the emails and the time I received and sent them.

This dress is the perfect color and the design is as well made as the picture.

The dress is absolutely gorgeous, even more beautiful than on the pictures. U can order your real size. The quality is so good, prices are so affordable. It takes a very little time to ship. I highly recommend it. I have had an amazing experience.

I ordered a beautiful bridesmaid dress and was amazed by how stunning it turned out to be. The price was so affordable and and the quality was amazing . They customized the dress according to my size and also as per my request stitched the slit the dress had in its original design . The shipping was quick too. Highly recommended.

When I saw the dress, I thought it was absolutely beautiful and ordered it for an upcoming wedding I’m going to be attending. I ended up using custom measurements and even had them take 4 inches off the length. It fit perfectly. Customer service was easy and responded back quickly to my questions. The dress came in about three weeks. I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
