A good experience.
The control panel on my hottub was faulty.
I had a good chat with a knowledgeable expert who talked through the problem and agreed a replacement was necessary. As its warranty had only run out by a matter of days, they argued on my behalf with the manufacturer, and was able to supply a replacement at no cost.
Now that's service !

I needed a new circulation pump & got great advice over the phone from a very knowledgeable gentleman. Saved me money by identifying one of their compatible own-brand pumps. Delivered quickly and fitted perfectly, with quality equal to the OE pump.
So happy with the service that I went on to order a new tub cover from them during their 10% discount promotion. My unusual tub needed a made-to-measure cover; a bit daunting doing the measuring but the interactive guide on their website made it a breeze. The cover was built & delivered exactly to the timelines quoted. It is of excellent quality & has a clever design that incorporates a central ridge to drain away rainwater. The fit is perfect & the stitching is strong. Whilst the material used is not quite as thick as marine vinyl, it is of high quality, making it lighter in weight (to lift easily) & is entirely fit for it's purpose. If my tub needs anything else in the future I will buy from these guys.

Very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the required part from a few photos emailed across to them, and fortunately they had it in stock so once ordered it was quickly dispatched and I was able to fit it very easily once received.

Very fast response to an online query, clear what was needed from me to identify the correct part and the order then placed within an hour of the advice received.

The advice was spot on in getting the best out of my hot tub in relation to electrical issues instead of just selling me a new part. Advise was given on how to go about fault finding and fixing with minimal cost to me. Try fixing it first than replace in time.

We recently bought some new hot tub lids. We have found Pool and Spa company to be very helpful over the telephone - the lids were excellent when they arrived. They are a very knowledgeable company and I would definitely recommend them.

Needing spare parts for Polaris can lead you into a maze and the exploded diagram can be confusing. Direct call to the Technical sales team at: PoolandSpaCentre made it easy.
The part was not in stock but I was assured it would be sent out on the follow week. Exactly as promised, the spare part arrived and was spot on, the right one!
No need to use their returns policy. I would easily recommend them to all. Many thanks.

The support I received from the Pool and Spa centre was exceptional.

Having never owned a spa before and moving into a property with an old hot tub that needed some work, I reached out to David and the team for assistance. David was very helpful, using a photograph of my broken pump to identify a suitable replacement. With free next day delivery, the pump was here in no time and following David’s instructions, was very easy to fit and saved me over £500 from what I had been quoted by a local pool service company.

Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back for more spa supplies!

Very swift and accurate response to my questions

The service I received from Andrew was excellent. My queries were dealt with promptly and shipment was same day/next day. Andrew even managed to source a part not normally sold. Quite simply fantastic service. I would highly recommend this company.

Customer Service was simply spot on. They helped me find the exact motor replacement for my bathtub Jacuzzi. They also accommodated for collection and I had the motor within a few hours of placing the order.

Rang at 2:45 yesterday for stock availability as I struggled with our normal supplier. Rang back 2 minutes later, took payment and it was delivered at 9am this morning. Would happily recommend to anyone

I have used them for a long time buying spares and bits for my hot tub. They have always been very efficient and helpful. If you have a problem they will always try to help.

Do not use this company sold me a filter for my hot tub that does not fit my hot tub even though they state on there website it is for my tub I paid to send it back at my expense when I phoned I was told that because I unwrapped the filter I cannot return it, I asked how I fit it without unwrapping it was then asked had the filter been put it in water, of course it has its for a hot tub! I was then told I should’ve drained the 1200L to make sure it fitted but either way would not have accepted it as it was unwrapped ???? I sent photos of my existing filter & the one I got from them they said they would get back to me, two weeks later, no response, no replies to messages etc! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR

I am now seeking legal advice not for the money for the principal !!!! 13/0723 I received a reply from John stating I had no submitted proof of a fault I sent you photos of the difference between my existing filter and the one you sent me as requested by you I don’t understand what more I could do you advertise on your website the filter was for a Hydropool serenity 4500 and it’s not what more can I do I noticed you have not mentioned a refund in your reply As I said DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE SCAM this filter cost £75 plus the 7.50 to send it back John if the filter fitted my tub we would not be having this dispute
