The after sales care was excellent. Bought a product over 6 months ago and only installed recently, i had issues installing and few emails back and forward - resolved my problem. Definitely use these guys again.

I emailed the company and received a prompt reply. I then sent a further email and got a reply which lead me to phone. I spoke to Andrew who was very helpful and explained what I needed. I then visited them at their location in Bridgenorth. I saw Andrew who took time to not only get the items I wanted but also to explain how to fit them. A very good experience and I would reccommend them

After trying to contact hottubpartssuperstore through their website and calling them I received a call back or reply. I then found pool and spa. The man on the phone was so helpful giving me all the part numbers I need for my project and seem genuinely excited about what I was doing and offered really good advice.
