8-Ball Pool Coins Total Scam

This 8-Ball Pool Coins thing is a total & complete scam! I have to believe any positive reviews here are fake. I experimented first with a minimum $11 top-up order for only 10 million coins that didn't go thru (plus tax & handling totaled $15). Had the order worked and been fulfilled, I would have placed much larger orders for billions of coins in the future, but certainly not now.

I sent all the required info when the order was first made for the #2 ordering option, but they emailed me saying I ignored two (2) emails from them to send the same information I had already sent in the first place. When I wrote back pointing out they were wrong, including that I never even received the alleged emails, they ignored my email from two days ago now. They claim to prefer communicating thru WHATSAPP, so I also tried that and they still ignored me.

I really thought I could get refunded from Google Play for the order, but the refund wouldn't be honored because it didn't fit the Google Play refund policy criteria, whatever that is. So really, Google Play is a scam, too, because I didn't get what I paid for; and as a customer of Google Play, I have no way to know what companies or apps conform to Google Play refund policies and which ones don't. Nobody would know that information right off hand except Google Play.

So Google Play just makes it an open-door policy for its customers to get ripped off by scam operators like this one. Screw Google Play.

Bottom line here is I got ripped off by a clear scam operation running a scam app right on the Google Play platform with ZERO interference from Google itself. So I would definitely recommend to never use this app -- and also to stop using Google Play...
