Purchased 12/7/20 still no coins
I purchased coins on december 7th and still have not received my coins. I reached out after the 72 hours, where I was told that my credentials did not work along with a screenshot of the failed log in attempt. I replied back saying that the credentials in the photo were not the ones that I had given. In the same email I did update my username and password to be used because I did infact give the wrong ones, but even still the one in the screenshot wasn't even what I had given the first time. I have reached out again 2 or 3 times after the correction email, and have not received any emails, or my coins. I would be happy to change my rating if I could please get my coins!!
