Absolute worst place ever. |They are a bunch of thieves that do not have the courtesy to even answer the phone as they do not have the back bone to answer. will be reporting to European fraud and hopefully these criminals will be dealt with. They send out an email and when responding the email address does not go through. No answer on phones. Send a tracking number which does not exist. I will be contacting lawyers to take this further with them to ensure these scam artists get what they deserve. Only chose 1 star as i could choose anything less

In thousands of purchases over the years I've never actually come across an online retailer as bad as this.

On 25 Apr 2020 we ordered over £1000 worth of goods comprising of a swimming pool and accessories.

On 21/05/2020 we got our first & last contact back as below apart from the sales receipt.

I'll let you judge yourself how you would feel to receive everything you need to maintain a pool that could not be sent and to also be charged the same shipping cost, no refund for shipping.

European consumer rights forbid not giving customers the opportunity to cancel, but they don't care.

It appears that they have finally removed listing the pools they do not have in stock which is good as my last emails returned this notification.

I ordered a hot tub from this scam of a company over 2 months ago and never received it, I emailed them asking for a refund week’s ago and surprise surprise I still haven’t received my refund! I am reporting them to trading standards with the hope of eventually getting my money back

Don’t ever order anything from them. They are scammers. All good reviews are fake. Have ordered swimming pool, money have been taken straightaway. My order never arrived. I had to contact my bank. How come they’re operating for so long. They should be in jail long time.

Ordered a pool with filter and ladders, pool heater and a cover. Got the fear after ordering because of bad reviews and no response from emails however after a few days they got back to me and the shipping info started to trickle in. Sent via db schenker in Madrid and after contacting them direct I got a lot more info. Spain has been on a complete lockdown and it had been difficult for this company to ship items. It did arrive, although two and a half weeks late. I think patience is key in these difficult times. Only 4 stars because the plugs are European, but not a difficult job for me to change, and ladders don't have platform as described.

Same story here I have emailed and called this company multiple times. About to call my contacts within the Spanish government and also reporting them to Comercia Global Payments who they are using are a payment portal. AVOID

So many names, yet zero service

We did eventually receive the product, but after 2 - 3 months rather than weeks.

The pool has been setup and everything has been fine, although the pump came with an EU plug.

Be prepared to WAIT

I ordered a hot tub of poolfunstore.co.uk and it came within the 17 days. I had a great experience with this company but was beginning to doubt this company because of all the bad reviews stating (stay away, its a scam) Overall I am happy with the product and I am glad I did not cancel my order (I am an Irish customer)

Pretty sure this site is definitely a scam got confirmation email when I purchased garden furniture sent numerous emails to them to know when it was being delivered no reply back and tried ringing them phone no is not registered also rang Spain getting no reply have been on to credit card company so hopefully they will sort out my refund and it looks a reptile site very disappointed

OK - my LayZSpa arrived today.
I have revised my star rating to 2.
Their customer service is appalling.
After I threatened legal action a revised shipping notice arrived on friday 22nd may, stating that the hot tub was in madrid at the shippers.
I received an email form PoolFunStore on May 29th asking me to review the product (that I had not received).
The shipper's website showed was still in Madrid yesterday morning on the 1st June.
Then at lunchtime on the 1st I received a phone call from a UK shipping agent saying they were delivering a package on the 2nd, which originated from Spain.
It arrived this morning - it's the correct spa.
I have now cancelled the claim I started with Barclaycard.
This was very stressful. I can understand why phone calls are not answered in these difficult times, but there is no excuse for lack of response to emails and contact forms on their website.

I would still suggest avaoiding this store.

Ordered a hot tub. Shipping info didn't work, then I checked TrustPilot....
Luckily paid on credit card so I've made a claim - let's hope the money comes back.
Received another shipping email today - this time shows package is in madrid waiting to ship.
I'm fairly sure that is also a scam as I threatened legal action if they didn't give me updated tracking info within 24 hours.
Their uk phone dials out.
I called their head office in spain and left a voice mail.
Emailed several times.
Sent contact form 3 times.
Nothing.

CON don't part with any money. you cant contact them or e-mail them. they take your money straight away and you never see the product £ 600 lost

This company is a fraudulent company paid for a pool pump, never had a confirmation email so cancelled but they took the money anyway I have emailed numerous times and tried to phone but no response this company is a SCAM SCAM do not use, trying to get money back through my bank!!!! Repeat DO NOT USE if you don’t want to be ripped off 😡😡😡😡

Ordered above ground pool 23 April was due for delivery 13th May still havnt received it & courier company said it hasn’t arrived from uk to Dublin depot, tried emailing & phoning company, complete scam so annoyed trying to go through bank to get my money back!!!!

Scammed like the other reviewers below. Ordered a hot tub that had a delivery date of 10 days after date of order. After 15 days and email chasing sent a tracking code that doesn't work. No hot tub and £678 (inc delivery) down.

I've purchased pressure washer from this company. They took very long time After chasing them several times, they said sorry for delay. It arrived in UK parcelforce depot. Again couldn't get any delivery schedule. Yesterday delivery is made by parcelforce to wrong address. Was charged £63 for delivery. Can't get any answer from company.

Scam site. Bought Karcher K5 set, site took my €360 immediately. Chased company for a month no response. Emailed and called no response. 5 weeks later receive an email saying they no longer have it in stock, I mail back to complain and ask why is it still on their websites? (this company is same as Brycus), they amil. Me back and say they changed the price to a higher price. Essentially trying to scam more money out of me. Avoid avoid avoid. Yet to receive any refund. They DO NOT RESPOND TO MAILS or calls. Its fake

Spanish company so I decided to use their main site to order a lay-z spa. With euro conversion, it worked out far cheaper than any UK site.

Delivery was 3 weeks but I expected that due to the current pandemic.

Avoid!!! Ordered a hot tub that was in stock due to receive 21st April didn’t recieve, offered refund didn't receive then said they would send on 21st May then email saying out of stock so they would send me a hot tub £250 more expensive.. Scammers, cancelled as they wanted me to pay £250 more..
