This company went above and beyond, when I contacted them about the warranty on my solar blanket. It had separated at the seam and when I was on their website looing to reorder. I found that it was under warranty. Although I did not have my receipt or even an idea of how old it was. The staff found the information, informed me that it was covered under warranty, and they shipped me a new one. Thanks especially to Mya for her emails and service

Don’t do it. I have a simple question about misaligned pre-drilled holes, it’s been four days, and I can’t get someone to even call me back. You can save a few dollars, but find someone local to you who actually will help you if they send you the wrong part.

I bought a Hayward motherboard and new salt cell last summer and just noticed that the motherboard is no longer functioning. I contacted them to see what recourse could be done and they advised me that they couldn’t help as the warranty had expired so they told me to contact the manufacturer. It’s only really been used for about 5 months since last summer and always stored in doors during the winter months. We had no power surge, no electrical issues. This was a costly purchased. I must say that I’m very disappointed and will not purchase anything from them again.

I just ordered a pool heater and worked with Akintayo on the purchase. He was amazing—super helpful, efficient, and professional. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed.

About 3 weeks ago I contacted Canada Pool Supplies for parts foe a Hayward Tiger Shark QC pool cleaner.They had a helpful diagram for part selection but one part was a little tricky to understand.After a few discussions and emails Jesse cleared things up and now we know what is going on. Jesse kept investigating until he figured out the problem and he advised me how my order would be filled. Jesse dis very well. I have purchased from Canada Pool Supplies in the past and have always had good friendly and complete service.

I recently purchased a liner for my above ground pool. After installation, the liner appeared to have a defect. I contacted pool supplies and was immediately responded to by Maria and Makenna.
Makenna very quickly investigated the issue and shipped another liner without any hassles or problems. This company and the customer service provided by Makenna is nothing short of top notch. Professional , courteous , and prompt. Very refreshing to deal with a Canadian company with such detail to customer service. Will definitely use them again and highly recommended.

I recently purchased Solar Pool Rings, online. The product is excellent and delivery was actually earlier than promised! I've purchased other products from Pool Supplies, with the same experience. More recently I called customer support - AJ provided expert advice and 5 star customer support and experience! Pool Supplies has become my goto for pool supplies and accessories.

Terrible, not even a 1 star. No Response. It’s been 2 weeks. I ordered a Dolphin Premium 30 Robotic Pool Cleaner $1500. It arrived with a kink in the cord and the mapping is not working properly.
It misses sections of the pool and we’ve owned the same one previously and it worked perfectly.

We have placed the online return/exchange and have 3 supporting email documents however we have had No Response. It’s pool season. We manually cleaning the left over of what the Dolphin missed. Money wasted.

Cleary they sent us a damaged unit and do not want to take responsibility. Read your Reviews!

Yesterday I had Scott the owner of poole's Water come and fill my pool. He was very nice man ,very fair price and prompt on his arrival. He is now my pool guy lol. He is hired for every year and his worker was very polite also. I would definitely recommend this company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I bought a solar blanket from Pool Supplies Canada and it was too small for my pool! Way too small. So, naturally, I reached out to Pool Supplies Canada where I bought the blanket that was covered under the terrible warranty. What a joke their customer service is. I'm talking days, literally DAYS, between their oh-so-helpful replies. They finally got back to me every 2 or 3 days. I even mentioned we hadn't actually used the darn thing, just opened the package to discover that it was too small. I sent PICTURES – clear as day! And what did they say? Nope, can't refund you, the package is open! Seriously?! I even tried calling to talk to a human, and it was like talking to a brick wall. "Nothing we can do," they droned. So now I'm stuck with a useless piece of plastic that doesn't even cover my pool. And get this, the picture I sent them CLEARLY shows the blanket still neatly folded in its original packaging! Save yourself the headache and the wasted cash. Go somewhere - ANYWHERE – else that actually cares about their customers and understands the concept of a refund for their mistakes.

Products and pricing aren't too bad, but their website does not seem to allow your to rate a product if your intentions are to give a poor rating. I found it impossible to rate a solar cover I received to say that the quality was way below any and all expectations. Very disappointed that I couldn't warn others on the site to at least be aware of what they were purchasing. Then they could make a better informed decision.

Five star! I ordered a Pentair filter and pump stand and noticed that when I received it it was damaged. I contacted customer service and they told me to send pictures. Once the pictures were reviewed (same day) an email was sent to notify me a replacement was being sent. The whole process was smooth and hassle free.

Excellent customer service. I’ve bought from Pool Supplies for many years, prices are competitive and they’ve always taken care of me when a problem arises.

Very good customer service, received damaged winter cover for my pool, contacted customer service on Oct 21, 2024, the next day problem was resolved and on Oct 22,2024 received a new winter cover. Very good and fast service.
