I have never been so frustrated with a company!

I have never had such a hard time ordering anything in my LIFE! The people that I worked with were all great, but the system was programmed to fail; to cancel out my order time and time again. I tried to order a single, albeit expensive, item 5 times: four times through Pool Supplies Superstore and one time through the supplier directly. Because I had a different billing address from my shipping address, my order was canceled four of those five times (including in the supplier's own system). Finally one brilliant employee, Superwoman V***, figured out that if she changed my billing address to match my shipping address then the order would be accepted and would go through. That did the trick. However, because all five of these order attempts were linked to my credit card (totaling over $25,000) my card was locked up and unusable. Those funds were held in reserve for FOUR DAYS before those holds were released! That is unacceptable!!!

There was some type of shipping delay…

There was some type of shipping delay that I was told affected my delivery schedule. My pool turned green while I was waiting for the pump which I was told at time of order would be here Thursday and it took until Monday. Customer service person “Barb” was very helpful however.

Wrong size of motor on the pool pump

Wrong size of motor on the pool pump, had to mail it back, had to cancel because your company would not ship the correct pool pump until it received the wrong one first, that would have made the time line too long,

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I have purchased this product for years, over 10 times. My latest purchase was in Dec. 2020 and then we had pool issues. We recently had the pool replastered, tiled and new plumbing. So, I ordered another box via Amazon. My first order was canceled, I called Amazon and was advised that they would email the vendor to advise them to not cancel my order and to order again, I did so and again my order was canceled. I called Amazon again and we found that they are refusing to sell to me because of a supposed chargeback in April of 2019 (remember I purchased in December) so, it took them over a year and 1/2 to put this on my account. They said the chargeback was caused by my claiming that I had not received the item when I had signed for it. I asked for proof of my signature or an image of it in front of my home and they could not provide because their currier's delivery history does not go back that far. Amazon rep. investigated my purchase history and found no information from the vendor regarding this incident. I had a conference call with Amazon and the vendor and even though I was a great customer (purchased over 10 times), had no proof of my signature or delivery, and the fact that even though they show I signed for it, still refunded me back in 2019 (Who does that?), refuse to sell to me any longer. If I claimed that I didn't get it, I DIDN'T GET THE ITEM! I have been a Amazon Prime member for years and there is no history of my making this claim on a routine basis. If this is the type of policy they have I would be very tentative when considering purchasing from them as the obviously do not value good customers.

These people are garbage

These people are garbage! I bought a $4000.00 pool heater from them that died after just 2 months and they told me it's not their problem. Do not buy anything from these con artists! Worst experience ever!!!

Go Elsewhere!

Tried to buy a nice pool pump Black Friday weekend. Got a confirmation email that it was back-ordered for about a week. Was no big deal. Then got an email that they could not fulfill my order and that it has been canceled. Wrote back to customer support pretty annoyed because now I missed all Black Friday sales elsewhere. No response at all. Obviously they could care less about customers. Would not recommend.

Poor customer relations

I by mistake ordered a leaf filter when I needed to order a pool cover. I called the company back right away and sat on hold for a half hour but was able to cancel the leaf cover and ordered the pool cover I needed. Even though it had been less than 2 hours your company kept 27.99 out of my refund so when I contacted then I was given the 9.99 back for shipping but the company kept 18.00 for restocking since I called back in under 2 hours I didn’t think I should be charged a restocking fee. So I will never purchase from this company again.
