Fast shipping but it’s hard to contact the company

It took a while to get my LPZZ Batman from Arkham Knight but it was worth it. The action figure was sent in the brown box which surrounded by tape and inside it was bubble wrapped all around the box. Then inside a brown box and when I opened that there was the packaging box with the action figure, both in mint condition. I just preordered LPZZ Deathstroke from Pop Collectibles because they are excellent.

Great store, figure arrived in time and I didn’t have to pay any extra shipping fees, would definitely recommend!

I definitely recommend pop collectibles to any one looking to pick up a 1:6 figure. They have a lot of the items I've been looking for that are older and I can't find other places.

The company shipped a broken figure in multiple places. And will not reach out after being contracted about the issue.

I bought the Wolverine TDA version and it arrived in the U.S. in just 4 days. It was well packed and there were no extra charges. Once again, I highly recommend Pop Collectibles.

Been using pop collectables for about two years now prices are really good never had any issues they always have rhe figure im looking for when everyone else is sold out super fast delivery tracking is on point really good company people bang on about side show but it's only good if your in America

I think people may be don't realize that shipping to other countries and having to go through the different logistics can be quite difficult and overwhelming.

It has now been three weeks since since I ordered a apextime chaos case and no updates have been made to my shipment it still just says waiting for package details I messaged them through out the first two weeks and so far all they kept saying was it should up date within a few business days and I’ve waited three weeks now so I do not know what is going on i paid n I have got nothing to show for it

Pop collectables offers great shipping and great communication with customers, I had the pleasure of ordering from them back in March and the shipping was out of this world, I’ll definitely order from them again in the future

Please be cautious of this. I recently purchased a Hot Toys Feral Predator figure and paid for express shipping. However, I have not received the figure.

When I contacted POP COLLECTIBLES regarding my issue, I encountered significant delays in their response. After repeatedly reaching out, they threatened to cancel my order if I did not delete my feedback.

I strongly advise against trusting the review on TrustPilot. To gain a better understanding of the company’s practices, I recommend searching for “Problems with Pop Collectibles” on Google. You will find numerous reports and evidence of their poor customer service and people that got scammed.

Avoid trusting influencers who promote this company. They are using their platforms to deceive consumers and obtain their money. As one influencer stated, “Do your own research before buying.”

I am sharing my experience to prevent others from encountering similar issues.

I am a big collector. At first I was suspicious, but I was truly impressed by their service. The rare Star Wars figure arrived in perfect condition, packed incredibly well, in barely three days from the time I ordered. From Hong Kong to New York, it arrived faster than items I purchase within the US, and at a lower price than eBay. Highly recommended. Great and fast communication too.

Got my figures in a perfect condition and I love them. 😍

I paid for my order (Order #19063) back in August and later paid the requested shipping in October. Their website states that in-stock items ship within 3–4 days after payment, but more than a month after paying for shipping I still have no tracking number, no shipment confirmation, and no response to my follow-up messages.

They promised in an email on November 11th that it would “ship later that week,” but nothing happened after that. Since then, they have stopped replying entirely.

I’ve now had to open a chargeback/dispute due to non-delivery and lack of communication. Very disappointing experience — I cannot recommend ordering from them.

Order your figures elsewhere! I am not satisfied with my experience, as reported initially during my original review (which was asked to be taken down in order to get a replacement), I acknowledged that my purchase of the new hot toys amazing spiderman mms772 was defective and had QC issues. I contacted pop collectibles to get my replacement. I went through the process and sent videos and explained the defect, and while being told that my replacement was in the works, it's been well over a month since I got my figure with no replacement.

Yes I understand some things can take time, but an entire month and I haven't even received a shipping label. Do not believe the reviews on YouTube. Go elsewhere, as this place does not have basic protocols to address defects or QC issues. These are very, very expensive items and to choose pop collectibles over other locations for a specific edition of a figure just to not have a measure of support if figure is damaged doesn't cut it for me, nor should it for anyone else. Go anywhere else that you know and can confirm will help and support you with replacement or refund before purchasing.

I will not be purchasing anything from here anymore, I'd advise you to not also. Yes (at this point) I declined a shipping label and replacement today as it's been over a month since I first got my item. No one should wait over a month for a replacement.

I'll give them some credit in that the person I spoke to was very kind and they appeared to try to provide a replacement but seeing as nothing ever fruitioned, that wasn't enough

I haven’t received my copy of InArt Severus Snape just yet but so far have had any easy process communicating with the Pop Collectibles team. Will recommend to fellow collectors!
