Ordered on Tuesday next day delivery never turned up Wednesday or Thursday - emailed Friday as needed for a party Sunday and said they re sent for Saturday delivery and still never turned up :( asked for a refund and was refunded however still then missed out on the product I needed and no other form of apology such as a discount code etc

As a first time buyer from this site, I was at first sceptic but they got positive reviews online before I placed my first order. I was searching for products online but A1 Equipment got the best price so I decided to go for it. I couldn't be any more pleased of their customer service. I have received my orders all good. Customer service is topnotch. They answered all of my queries and even reached out to me by phone to make sure everything is in order. I totally recommend this site.

Really quick easy service the products came in next day. Lovely to be able to pay with apples so just one click or is it two…. and really good value cones that don’t trip so all in all hundred percent happy hundred percent good service and I’ll definitely be using you for my Crepe cones in the future.
