Me and my wife paid a sectional we have been handle in professional way till the sales associate offer us what they call warranty we liked the idea as they offer the warranty for 4 years, then when we called the warranty as we have a broken frame under our sectional after 3 years it started to and from for more than 2 months than we discovered all we asked was not under the warranty,
So my advice never every buy this warranty it is just losing more money for nothing.

With 2 chairs there was now after 6 years a small problem on the frame, however, we could now easily order spare parts for a low price here.

the quality of our two chairs is very good and the aftersales service is even better: we did return one chair as we decided to buy a different model. The return was easy and when I needed a copy of our invoice I did get it within 5 minutes - on a Sunday afternoon!
