I paid for slip covers for cushions and Suzette Beaudelais, the owner, accepted by payment and then I never heard from her again. This is completely fraudulent and if the business has been forced to close, I should have received a refund. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered samples. Charge went through on my credit card. Samples never sent, multiple inquires received no response. As a small business owner myself I can not fathom what is going through this owner's mind that they are not refunding purchases they never fulfilled now that the business is apparently shut down.

Samples were personally delivered during a mail strike which was greatly appreciated.

I ordered fabric samples over 2 weeks ago. The charge has gone through my credit card, yet I have yet to receive a email saying the order has been sent with tracking number. I have emailed the company 6 times, I have left at least 3 messages on their phone. I have never received a response. I have also tried the online chat window. I have a project that is time sensitive and just wanted to enquire about my order. This has been a very frustrating situation. At the very least respond to my emails.

If you were closing down your business, why would you accept my order and my payment? I would call that fraudulent! You need to credit me my payment.

I ordered fabric for making my own living room couch pillows. They became very busy because of so many Canadians shopping with Canadian businesses, which is great! The order took longer and a mistake was made, but everything was handled very professionally and my fabric did get delivered. The customer service staff were great to email with. I would not hesitate at all to shop with Pop Home Fabrics again.

I recently interacted with Suzette. It was a large order of 78 yards. This was not my first order from Pop Home. This order took some time for the client to decide on the fabric. A bit of back & forth, but Suzette is always helpful and patient. Awesome customer service, great products and prices. I always order from Pop Home and recommend it to others.

I was searching for an unusual fabric, a botanical print with birds, and I had given up when I stumbled across their website with the perfect fabric. I requested a sample and was shocked to receive an enormous piece over 3’ x 3’. When I emailed Suzette to order the fabric, she explained that they wanted customers to have a really good idea of what they were getting.
The fabric was excellent with a strong linen backing.
The antique chair looks fantastic
I love the fabric so much that I ordered an additional 15 yards which I put away for future projects.
Suzette took a personal interest in the project which I deeply appreciated

Pop home is a fabulous site for finding exactly what you need to upholster your furniture. The service is quick, and the fabric is wonderful quality. I just had a sofa and loveseat upholstered using some fabric I bought and it Looks beautiful. I plan to purchase fabric to redo my dining room chairs next. I will be purchasing it from Pophome fabrics.

Amazing! One of the samples we ordered wasn't in stock, so they sent the samples that were right away then sent the other sample as soon as it came in. They could have waited the few days to send them all in one package, but we really did appreciate the gesture to have them as soon as possible.

The samples themselves were generous and made it much easier to make our decision. The fabrics are beautiful. The prices are also incredible. We're very excited to purchase the fabric we chose from the sample (a hard decision, there were so many great ones) once we are sure about the yardage we need.
