Very disappointed
My overall experience with this company in the last 12 months is awful, I made a complaint to them via there website in December and this was supposed to be being escalated but haven't heard a thing from them. When I first started collecting they were a great company but as time has gone on everything has gone downhill from pre orders being canceled, to badly packaged parcels arriving damaged.

Don't waste your time.
On multiple occasions now I have had pre orders not arrive. One occasion I placed my pre order which allows them to know how much stock is required, I then waited months and they amended the item to 'out of stock' even though a pre order was placed - after almost a year and many a complaint it was funny to see the 'out of stock' item they stated they had none of despite my pre order was finally dispatched and had appeared from nowhere. Another occasion I have waited months for a pre order, my item has not moved from 'processing' to the stage they are now being sold in shops across the UK and online but my pre order has still not moved from 'processing'. I've had nothing but problems with this company and will no longer be ordering through them. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for your pops. Pop in a box are slow, unreliable, and customer service is poor.

A great place to buy Funko Pop
I don't understand why those people were complaining on their packaging cuz so far I don't have any issues with it (I'm from Malaysia). Sometimes they didn't wrap the pops with bubble wrap but the box is sturdy enough for protection.
Their CS team are responsive and friendly as well.

I bought some products in the website but I didn’t receive all of them. I complained about this and they cancelled my order without send my money back. I didn’t receive my products and I lost my money. This situation happened twice and they did the same thing. Double stress. I don’t recommend this company! It’s better buy in trust companies.

Unhappy, purchase took ages to go through and then they said they couldnt process payment a few days later. Very annoying. Cancelled order and i wouldn’t recommend buying from them seems like a scam site.

The biggest mistake was this company…
The biggest mistake was this company using Evri as the carrier. I ordered on the 13th Dec. It is now the 28th Dec and I am still waiting … for it to be delivered … as the order was a Christmas Stocking there really is no point now.
