Amazing Business/Personal Card

Popl is an amazing digital card that has been really helping my real estate business. It looks great, is so easy to use and love that you can easily customize them. It even has a lead generatiom form that you can have automatically pop up (if not it will pop up after)! It's like they thought of everything. I highly recommend them to everyone. Everyone should have one even if you don't have a business. It's so easy to share your contact and awesome that they can save your picture and info right away so they don't forget. So efficient, saves so much time and works so well! So glad I discovered them.

Best solution on the market

The popl solution was the best after a lengthy evaluation of their competitors. The devices they offer their NFC tech on for generics is definitely the most sleek of all the competitors also. Their prices are keen and their interface is solid. Finally the responsiveness of their service team is exceptional.

Professional

I was really excited to finally receive my buisness cards. So many people have never seen a card like this before and they are so fascinated by it that they ask me a ton of questions. I love the customization of my cards so that my clients can get a real feel for who I am and they can easily access all of my links without having to type it all out.

If I could put zero I would

If I could put zero I would. This has been the worse experience I have ever dealt with while dealing with a company in the United States. First the sales person made a meeting while she was boarding a plan. So on the zoom call she basically said just buy it and you can figure it out, but would not answer my questions.
I was going to get it anyway but the red flags started going up. Then the CRO Jermey said he would give me 3 free metal cards to make up for it. Great I thought, so while dealing with Operations Assistant Barbie- I stated multiple times “I don’t want the popl logo on my stuff, only my logo.” And I would pay a upgrade for it. But this was to confusing so they charged me for 3 new cards at full price, after I said I want to upgrade the free ones over 10 different email replies. Don’t buy - great product terrible service not a professional company. I got 4 emails back apologizing but never offering to fix the issue.

Useless

Friend got me a card for giggles. We fooled around with it but the whole idea was pretty silly and the card was super useless. Threw away the card and then they charged me $77 for their yearly subscription 2 weeks later and wouldn’t refund me. Just stick to swapping socials the normal way.

Used to love Popl now I hate it

Used to love Popl now I hate it. I can never get anybody to help me. After a week of a pair of custom cards ordered no kind of email confirmation of my order so I decided to cancel the order. After cancelling it’s been about a month and they still haven’t refunded what was never made or shipped. But I guess that’s what happens when a couple of 20 year olds start a company. After a while they really don’t GAF they’ll just take money and send spam emails and want you to buy more and more…I’ve since contacted customer service they cancelled the order and didn’t refund it I decided to take it into my own hands. Better Business Bureau will be notified to get all of the money back that I’ve spent on two different purchases I’ve already cancelled my pro+ subscription and will be notifying the Federal Trade Commission and California’s Attorney General of Popl’s Shady business Practices. And thank God this happened before I signed up for Popl Teams.

Customer service saves the day

I wasn’t satisfied with the products I received. I contacted Popl, explained my dissatisfaction and they agreed to send me different products to replace the ones I was displeased with. The replacements arrived within a few days and my family and I are very pleased with them.
