Ordered the Mini Hornit and couldn't get it to work when my son opened it on his Birthday. I emailed to find out how to return it and got a speedy reply telling me how to get it working. Great customer service.

Perfect transaction

Great shop with a lovely selection of clothes and toys. I recently had a little boy and have been purchasing clothes both in store and on the net for him. Their website is really easy to use and they can either deliver to you or if you are close by you can pop in and collect. The team in store are very friendly and helpful making you feel welcome. I will be shopping here a lot in the future.

Bought a children's soft deer hatley raincoat in what was described on the website as age 3-4. Item arrived promptly and was of good quality. Unfortunately, it was actually age 3 so not 3-4 as described and was too small. As it was a birthday present for my niece this caused quite a bit of inconvenience. I called Poppy & Zach to be told that no one was available to check the stock of the size up. My details were taken and I was told someone would call me back. No one called back and once I had let a day go past, the website was saying it was now out of stock. So I had to rush and get a new one from Amazon. Not great customer service. Would not purchase from you again.

Excellent service to France

Everything great to start with super quick delivery which was great but then I had to return the items as one pair were wrong size. So I emailed for a returns label as instructed on packing slip, sent item. I contacted customer service to check they'd received my parcel and they explained backlog due to Christmas which is fair enough. So I waited till after new year and hadn't heard anything. I emailed a few times got one reply.

Have since spoke with Bob who apologised for the delay and said he'd check what had happened with the supervisor. Have been issued with a full refund and promise of a voucher for the hassle.

I would use Poppy and Zach again as it was very fast delivery. I'd just research my sizes better as I didn't realise the L3 was a uk 2.5.

Excellent value and great service after a IT glitch before new year..would definitely recommend and use again!
