POPPY & ZACH 

I had a bit of problem with the online basket. It ignored the things I put in and then reordered something I had previously ordered. I think it got confused when I logged in after I filled my basket.
The customer service online chat thing didn't work, but someone emailed me soon afterwards and was very helpful with sorting my problem. Order arrived abroad quickly and was well wrapped up.

Happy with Poppy and Zach overall.

The two dresses I bought are lovely, good quality, and I expect and hope that they will fit my grand-daughters. The staff with whom I spoke on the telephone were very helpful.
My one criticism is that the first dress I ordered from the website was not in stock, I ordered a different one and then was told that was not in stock either. While all ended satisfactorily, it seems more attention needs to be paid to the website regarding updating it when merchandise is sold.

Ordered a micro scooter and was informed a few days later that it was out of stock with no deliveries expected until end of November. Not their fault but daughter had specifically requested this scooter so asked to cancel and refund. Didn't hear back to confirm this for a couple of working days so chased.
The CEO contacted me first thing the next working day to apologise and explain that the person dealing with my cancellation had accidentally emailed from the wrong address and so the email hadn't been seen until I chased.
The refund was processed immediately and I was sent a gift voucher to apologise for the delay and any inconvenience.

I ordered two pairs of converse at different times, the orders were made available and dispatched very quickly and I received them before the 5 days stated, I would recommend them to anyone!
