Mini micro scooter
We had been after a Mini micro scooter for sometime and came across Poppy and Zach with an offer on them. Placed the order with free delivery,had email to confirm this and within a few days it had arrived. Nice simple transaction, son very happy.😀

Not very happy
I ordered a few things a while ago. Got an email a few days later to say one item wasn't in stock. But would I like the other to be sent. I replied ask when it was due in stock (as this would help my decision )....no reply back..emailed again a few days later. Got told it would be a few weeks. So I asked if they could send the other item..no acknowledgement....no reply. .few days later I replied to see if they had in fact got my email..as i had no idea if theyd received my reply and sent the item? Or if neither had happened .They said yes and it had been sent. I wrote to say I wasn't happy that my emails hadn't been replied too. Especially since they'd emailed me.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. You'll see I've only ever done it twice before in all my years of shopping. But I won't be ordering from them again. It was like as a customer I didn't matter. I understand things go out of stock...I understand things can't be helped. But this all could of been rectified with a reply to start with...an acknowledgement to start with...and a gesture of good will maybe?
