The girls entertaining were both so lovely and accommodating for us. They did an absolutely amazing job of the party. The kids had a blast and I felt like they had a really good handle on the party. They did everything possible to make the party right for us.
Run by a very rude standoffish lady who looked me up and down and made me feel very unwelcome...my daughter told me she also singled her out and spoke down to her for no reason at all...I didn't send her again. We found a much kinder establishment which is way more professional. I do not recommend.

I am mortified that I have only just seen this and did not reply to you sooner.
I am also a little confused, because at the time you posted your review we were actually closed (in lockdown) and were only doing online classes, so I wonder if you meant to post about the company in the US? Or if it was actually us (in Surrey, UK)?
If it was us, then I am very sorry you felt that way as it is the exact opposite of the experience we want people to have.
I am glad you have found a setting that suits you, but if you did want to give any other feedback we could use constructively, then we will gladly take it on board so someone in the future isn't left with such a bad feeling.

Pop Star Performers is fantastic! My daughter absolutely loves the Saturday dance and choir classes. It’s given her so much confidence and she’s made some great friends. I can’t recommend and praise PSP and the teachers highly enough. Keep up the fun ladies!

Popstar Performers has done wonders for my daughter's confidence. She started off very shy and quiet - ten weeks of hour-long sessions later and she's up at the front of the stage dancing away with a big smile on her face!
I love that it's straight from school (so no extra travelling around) and that it's half led by the kids - songs from musicals and movies that the children themselves already enjoy, but now they know all the words and have a dance routine to go with it! I can't recommend them highly enough.
