I ordered an iphone xs max hoping it…

I ordered an iphone xs max hoping it will arrive ASAP as stated that it will reached the day before I want to have received it. Almost everyday I am sending a follow up email regarding my order but to my frustration the only answer I received is from an automated response from them. Until now I didn't received my order and the status is still on Confirmed. And now reading with all these reviews I am now worried to receive a defective item. I hope not since it's not just a cheap amount I paid, it is also very hassle in my part. I will only put up a good review after I received my item in good condition... So please send my item before this week ends up or I will asked for a full refund for a very late delivery!

Laptop order

Purchased laptop online since Nov10 and it's only shown order confirmed, however, no date when the delivery date. At least I know when I expect the delivery and not only just a confirmation of the order

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I ordered a laptop, but it arrived with issues affecting the screen. I reached out to the company multiple times to report the problem, and after over 15 days, they finally agreed to take it back for evaluation. I hoped they would either replace or repair the laptop, as they had described it to be in excellent condition and provided a one-year warranty. However, after waiting another 15 days, I was shocked to receive a request for a payment of 400 AED to cover repair and delivery fees, which seemed unreasonable.
After many unsuccessful attempts to negotiate a proper replacement or repair without additional charges, I eventually decided to accept the laptop back, paying the delivery fees as requested. But when it arrived, I discovered even more issues. The keyboard had been replaced with a different one, the original charger was missing, and in its place was a cheap, fake charger. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating, with poor service and a lack of accountability from the company.

A fraud !!!!

They are fraudsters

The company is a big scammer , we are seller on there platform and the payment for the order which we sell is not being transferred from last one month. they not even not replaying on calls and mails. Please be aware while selling or buying from their platform you will be in trouble.

I buy an iphone 8plus last August 26 and received it September 2, 2024 after 18days the mobile didn't work. Only waste of money buying in this app. Supplier sold mobile to customer even not in good condition. I cannot return because only 10-14days return. 😡😡😡😡

I ordered an ipad

I ordered an ipad - with order number 3edd0188-cadf-4540-9653-9989ff0fb4e9 - from 13 September, but the order only show shipped directly when i placed the order but actually not shipped. I contact the website by email 3 days later, they reply me 1 time that the order is going to be processed. After that 5 days i wrote email again, and yesterday i wrote another email, but nobody reply me. I chat on the website, nobody reply also. Where is my money go? Where is my order? And the tracking can not track, the website for the shipping company also can not contact them. And no way to get the refund.
