My advice....steer cleare
Dress ordered and delivered had raw edge scalloped neck!!!!!!!!!!!! STILL waiting for refund. Customer service were VERY unhelpful when I contacted them to ask if return postage would be refunded as dress of poor quality finish. Just fobbed me off. Have heard NOTHING from returns department. I would advise others to avoid...standards seem to have slipped considerably since I bought from them before....not only in quality of material and finish but in customer service. Sad to see as they were originally a company I was happy to buy from. I am an ex-customer now.

Feeling Frustrated 🥺
Ordered a new sparkly blue dress for my big birthday in my usual size and when it arrived it was 2 sizes too big, very disappointed. 😱
I also ordered some wonderland dungarees in the same size, sadly the colour wasn't as vibrant as I hoped and the sizing here, was far smaller than my other 5 pairs of popsy dungarees. 😬
I have returned both items, emailed Popsy customer service (on Friday 6th March) for confirmation of arrival as the Royal Mail Track 48 tracking information appears to have stopped on Tuesday 3rd, my proof of postage confirms I sent them on Sunday 1st and I haven't heard back from Popsy regards my enquiry.
I have never had to return before in the years I have been buying from Popsy, so not sure if this is their normal, or whether times are changing? 🤷🏼♀️
