Had my car recalled for a software update which they offered to do at no cost, I arrived this morning and Nicola the receptionist was expecting me and offered me a coffee, friendly and organised which was nice. Sam the Service Advisor told me everything what was going to happen with my car and also was professional. She asked if I wanted my car cleaned which I couldn’t be more thankful for as it was due a valet anyways and this was all at no cost. I then have had a brand new Porsche Cayenne GTS to use for the day which couldn’t have been any better of an experience. Ben sent me a video showing me the things they have noticed on the day plus he followed up with a phone call to make sure I understood everything he explained in the video. Best service I have ever received in a dealership! You guys put stratstone Land Rover to shame! Will definitely be back.

Porsche Teeside are not really my nearest dealership but my experience dealing with them exceeded my previous experience that I had had with my local dealership. Very impressed with the comprehensive handover guidance for our new electric vehicle.

Had my vehicle serviced yesterday and was looked after from start to finish by Chris Wilson. First class service.

Utterly brillant. Not much more to say really. From my first phone call to driving away 3 days later having P/X my current car to driving away in my new Porsche. Sales Team and centre staff could not be friendlier or more helpful.

Met David and the porsche team at Croft circuit.

He was so warming with me and the family. My 10year old son suffers from MS, and he gave him a PORSCHE flag and invited us on the stand gave him some stickers and brochures which made his day. He walked us round some supercars and showed us around the orange 918.

The day was amazing and we can’t wait to come to the centre next week.

Having owned all (expect Porsche) German marques before I have experienced good and bad main dealers in the past but Allison and Ben AND the valet team at Teeside Porsche were all exceptional from first contact to driving away. The initial call to Craig was a real pleasure at at no time felt under pressure from him or subjected to the usual sale tatics, just listened and answered all my questions proffessionally and was very easy to speak with.The car was preped immaculately on hand over, literally not a mark and I know how long this level of detail takes so hats off to the valet guys it was appreciated. It is obvious that Ben is not only an expert in his field buy he genuinely loves his job and is interested in all asepcts of the vehicles and loved that he'd pre programmed the vehicle with some nice personal touches such as favourite radio station etc... Regarding Allison, there literally isn't anything that is too much trouble for her to do for you, from the simplist of questions to just knowing that she will sort any little detail for you not just in lead up to the sale but reassures you repeatidly that she will be there to help down the road should you need her and it isn't just a transactional sale and on your way. The only downside I have come away with the whole experience is that I think its going to have to be another Porsche next vehicel when the time comes ;) Well done guys -head and shoulders above anything I've experienced in the past.

gestures make such a difference - enabling me to take my daughter in a colour matching 992 C4 GTS coupe to Prom made her day, my day as her dad. My Macan GTS wasnt right, apprciate the care and gesture Simon! as always first class.

Incredible service from Alison. Alison sold me a car, then facilitated it being supplied to me through another branch because it suited me better, even though it cost her the sale.
It's a big decision spending £100k+ on a car and knowing people do the right thing by you is important. Alison does that.
